A light emitting element includes a light emitting stack member including a first semiconductor layer, an active layer, and a second semiconductor layer, which are sequentially stacked in a thickness direction, an insulative film covering a portion of an outer circumferential surface of the light emitting stack member, a first bonding electrode which includes a first indented portion indented in the thickness direction and is electrically connected to the first semiconductor layer in an area in which the first indented portion is formed, and a second bonding electrode which is spaced apart from the first bonding electrode and is electrically connected to the second semiconductor layer. The first bonding electrode includes a first outgassing path which is indented in the thickness direction and extends from the first indented portion to a side surface of the first bonding electrode.

A light emitting element includes a light emitting stack member including a first semiconductor layer, an active layer, and a second semiconductor layer, which are sequentially stacked in a thickness direction, an insulative film covering a portion of an outer circumferential surface of the light emitting stack member, a first bonding electrode which includes a first indented portion indented in the thickness direction and is electrically connected to the first semiconductor layer in an area in which the first indented portion is formed, and a second bonding electrode which is spaced apart from the first bonding electrode and is electrically connected to the second semiconductor layer. The first bonding electrode includes a first outgassing path which is indented in the thickness direction and extends from the first indented portion to a side surface of the first bonding electrode.

A stretchable display device includes a display area including a first display area and a second display area adjacent to each other in a first direction; a plurality of rigid portions in the display area and spaced apart from each other in the first direction and a second direction; and a soft portion between adjacent rigid portions, among the plurality of rigid portions, in the first direction and the second direction, wherein the plurality of rigid portions include first, second, and third rigid portions, wherein the first rigid portion is provided in the first display area, and the second rigid portion is provided in the second display area, and wherein the third rigid portion is disposed between the first rigid portion and the second rigid portion and has a larger area than each of the first and second rigid portions.

A stretchable display device includes a display area including a first display area and a second display area adjacent to each other in a first direction; a plurality of rigid portions in the display area and spaced apart from each other in the first direction and a second direction; and a soft portion between adjacent rigid portions, among the plurality of rigid portions, in the first direction and the second direction, wherein the plurality of rigid portions include first, second, and third rigid portions, wherein the first rigid portion is provided in the first display area, and the second rigid portion is provided in the second display area, and wherein the third rigid portion is disposed between the first rigid portion and the second rigid portion and has a larger area than each of the first and second rigid portions.

A light emitting element includes a light emitting stack structure including a first semiconductor layer, a second semiconductor layer disposed below the first semiconductor layer, and an active layer disposed between the first semiconductor layer and the second semiconductor layer, a first bonding electrode disposed on the first semiconductor layer and electrically connected to the first semiconductor layer, and a second bonding electrode spaced apart from the first bonding electrode and electrically connected to the second semiconductor layer. The second bonding electrode covers at least a portion of a bottom surface of the light emitting stack structure.

A light emitting element includes a light emitting stack structure including a first semiconductor layer, a second semiconductor layer disposed below the first semiconductor layer, and an active layer disposed between the first semiconductor layer and the second semiconductor layer, a first bonding electrode disposed on the first semiconductor layer and electrically connected to the first semiconductor layer, and a second bonding electrode spaced apart from the first bonding electrode and electrically connected to the second semiconductor layer. The second bonding electrode covers at least a portion of a bottom surface of the light emitting stack structure.

A display device and a tiled display device each includes: a first substrate including a display area and a non-display area surrounding the display area; a light emitting device in the display area on the first substrate; a first pad portion in the non-display area on a top surface of the first substrate and disposed on one edge of the first substrate; a second substrate under a bottom surface of the first substrate; a second pad portion in the non-display area on a bottom surface of the second substrate and on one edge of the second substrate; a side link line electrically connecting the first pad portion and the second pad portion; a side coating layer covering the side link line; a side protective layer covering at least a portion of the side coating layer; and a side sealing layer covering at least a portion of the side protective layer.

A display device and a tiled display device each includes: a first substrate including a display area and a non-display area surrounding the display area; a light emitting device in the display area on the first substrate; a first pad portion in the non-display area on a top surface of the first substrate and disposed on one edge of the first substrate; a second substrate under a bottom surface of the first substrate; a second pad portion in the non-display area on a bottom surface of the second substrate and on one edge of the second substrate; a side link line electrically connecting the first pad portion and the second pad portion; a side coating layer covering the side link line; a side protective layer covering at least a portion of the side coating layer; and a side sealing layer covering at least a portion of the side protective layer.

Disclosed is a light emitting display device including a substrate including a first area and a second area, a first light shielding pixel-defining film provided in the first area, exposing a first blue light emitting portion, a first green light emitting portion, and a first red light emitting portion, and having a first height, a second light shielding pixel-defining film provided in the second area, including a region exposing a second blue light emitting portion, a second green light emitting portion, and a second red light emitting portion and a light transmitting portion, and including an area having a second height smaller than the first height, and a light emitting element provided on the first blue light emitting portion, the first green light emitting portion, the first red light emitting portion, the second blue light emitting portion, the second green light emitting portion, and the second red light emitting portion.

Disclosed is a light emitting display device including a substrate including a first area and a second area, a first light shielding pixel-defining film provided in the first area, exposing a first blue light emitting portion, a first green light emitting portion, and a first red light emitting portion, and having a first height, a second light shielding pixel-defining film provided in the second area, including a region exposing a second blue light emitting portion, a second green light emitting portion, and a second red light emitting portion and a light transmitting portion, and including an area having a second height smaller than the first height, and a light emitting element provided on the first blue light emitting portion, the first green light emitting portion, the first red light emitting portion, the second blue light emitting portion, the second green light emitting portion, and the second red light emitting portion.
