11319372 · 2022-05-03 · ·

This application provides, inter alia, antibodies or antigen-binding fragments thereof, targeting CTLA-4 expressed on injured tissues associated with multiple diseases. These anti-CTLA-4 antibodies, or antigen-binding fragments thereof, have a high affinity for CTLA-4 and function to inhibit CTLA-4. The antibodies and antigen-binding fragments are useful for treatment of human diseases, infections, and other conditions.

Antibodies to CD40 with enhanced agonist activity

Provided herein are agonistic antibodies, or antigen binding portions thereof, that bind to human CD40. Such antibodies optionally comprise Fc regions with enhanced specificity for FcγRIIb. The invention also provides methods of treatment of cancer or chronic infection by administering the antibodies of the invention to a subject in need thereof.

Anti-PD-L1 antibodies and uses thereof

Provided are anti-PD-L1 antibodies or fragments thereof. The antibodies or fragments thereof specifically bind to the immunoglobulin C domain of the PD-L1 protein. In various example, the antibodies or fragments thereof include a VH CDR1 of SEQ ID NO: 1, a VH CDR2 of SEQ ID NO: 116, a VH CDR3 of SEQ ID NO: 117, a VL CDR1 of SEQ ID NO: 4, a VL CDR2 of SEQ ID NO: 5, and a VL CDR3 of SEQ ID NO: 6, or variants of each thereof. Methods of using the antibodies or fragments thereof for treating and diagnosing diseases such as cancer and infectious diseases are also provided.

CD1a antibodies and uses thereof

Antibodies, and antigen-binding fragments thereof, that specifically bind to Cluster of Differentiation 1a (CD1a) are provided. Embodiments include uses, and associated methods of using the antibodies, and antigen-binding fragments thereof.

Anti-alpha-4-beta-7 antibodies

The present disclosure provides anti-α4β7 antibodies that bind human α4β7, their methods of making, and their uses to treat patients with HIV infection.
