Method for the production of an eco-bowl

A method for producing a bowl formed by a tray closed by a sealing film involves preparing a blank where a first and a second couples of crease lines delimit a bottom panel, two first and two second side walls, each first side wall provided of an internal flap and an external flap delimited by respective third and fourth crease lines, each second side wall provided of an internal flap and an external flap delimited by respective fifth and sixth crease lines, erecting the blank into a tray, folding the internal and external flaps of each first side wall about the respective third crease line and the internal and external flaps of each second side wall about the respective fifth crease line, applying adhesive on the internal and/or external flaps of each first and second side walls, folding the external flap of each first side wall about the respective fourth crease line and the external flap of each second side wall about the respective sixth crease line, forming a rim, applying adhesive on gaps between abutting ends of rims of adjacent first and second side walls, and attaching the sealing film on the rims.

Insulated box assembly with overlapping panels

A box assembly can include an exterior piece including a first middle portion, a second middle portion, a third middle portion, and a fourth middle portion; the first middle portion and the third middle portion positioned perpendicular to the second middle portion and the fourth middle portion; a plurality of insulator pads including a first side insulator pad, a second side insulator pad, and a third side insulator pad; the first side insulator pad contacting the first middle portion; the second side insulator pad contacting the first middle portion, the second middle portion, and the third middle portion; the third side insulator pad contacting the third middle portion; and an interior piece positioned within the exterior piece, the interior piece including a first side panel and a second side panel; the first side insulator pad positioned between the first side panel and the first middle portion.

Wardrobe box and hanger support member therefor

A wardrobe box includes a sidewall enclosure comprising a plurality of side panels, the plurality of side panels comprising a first side panel and a second side panel opposite the first side panel, the sidewall enclosure at least partially defining an interior cavity of the wardrobe box; a first box mounting slot defined at a top edge of the first side panel and configured to engage a hanger support member; and a second box mounting slot defined at a top edge of second side panel and configured to engage the hanger support member.

A firearm target is formed from a cardboard substrate. A first target is printed on the cardboard substrate. The cardboard substrate is folded into a box shape. The cardboard substrate is cut to form a first flap and a second flap on a first side of the cardboard substrate. The first flap and second flap include notches. The first flap and second flap are folded over with the notches interlocked. The flaps can be oriented to the bottom of the box shape and weighted for stability. A second target can be mounted to the box shape over the first target.

Method of assembling a wardrobe box assembly

A wardrobe box assembly can comprise a sidewall enclosure comprising a plurality of side panels defining an interior cavity, a plurality of top panels connected to a top edge of the sidewall enclosure, a first box mounting slot, and a second box mounting slot; and a hanger support member defining a first hanger engagement slot engaging the first box mounting slot and a second hanger engagement slot engaging the second box mounting slot, wherein a first opposing pair of top panels each define a closure slot; the closure slots together define a closure opening in a closed configuration; a second opposing pair of top panels of the plurality of top panels each define a closure tab; and each of the closure tabs engage the closure opening in the closed configuration.

Case-handling system with independently movable flap-suppressing devices

Various embodiments provide a case-handling system including multiple flap-suppressing devices that can be vertically moved independently of one another to, when processing a case, enable the case-handling system to prepare for and receive the next case to-be-processed while the case-handling system is still folding the upper major flaps of the current case, which increases throughput.

Box blanks, boxes, and corresponding methods of forming the same are provided. The box blank comprises a plurality of panels and bottom flaps. Each of the plurality of panels and the plurality of bottom flaps are connected along a foldable section score line. The plurality of panels are connected to the plurality of bottom flaps along a panel score line. At least one web pattern score extends in one of the plurality of bottom flaps comprising a first score line and a second score line extending within the bottom flap. A first subsection is defined between the second score line and the section score line, and a second subsection is defined between the first score line and the second score line. The at least one web pattern score enables folding such that the first subsection folds towards the second subsection when the box blank is being formed into the box.
