Device for supplying ports to a machine section of a hydraulic machine arrangement
The invention relates to a device for supplying ports to a machine section (26) of a hydraulic machine arrangement (40), the device (10) comprising a low-pressure inlet port (12), a leakage inlet (16), a low-pressure chamber (18) having a low-pressure opening (22) for establishing fluid communication with the machine section (26), a high-pressure outlet port (14), and a high-pressure chamber (20) that is in fluid communication with the high-pressure outlet port (14), the high-pressure chamber (20) having a high-pressure opening (24) for establishing fluid communication with the machine section (26), wherein the low-pressure inlet port (12) is in fluid communication with the low-pressure chamber (18), wherein a leakage path (36) extends from the high-pressure chamber (20) through the machine section (26) to the leakage inlet (16), characterized in that the device (10) further comprises a control valve member (28) connecting the leakage inlet (16) to the low-pressure chamber (18), wherein the control valve member (28) transfers to an open state when a pressure in the leakage inlet (16) with respect to a pressure in the low-pressure chamber (18) is higher than a predefined control pressure threshold. The device (10) reduces cavitation in hydraulic machine arrangements (40).
PISTON PUMP AND PISTON MOTOR
A piston pump and a piston motor are provided. The piston pump includes a cylinder body, a piston, a main shaft, an end cover, and an oil dispensing mechanism. The oil dispensing mechanism includes an oil suction mechanism and an oil discharging mechanism. A roller is mounted on the piston, and the roller is rotatablely connected to the piston. A driving wheel is arranged on the main shaft, and the driving wheel is mounted in cooperation with the main shaft or is integrally formed with the main shaft. A driving groove is formed on the driving wheel, and a roller-path surface of the driving groove is a curved surface. The size of the driving groove is adapted to the size of an outer circle of the roller. The main shaft rotates to drive the driving wheel to rotate to further drive the piston to move along the cylinder bore.
CYLINDER ON DEMAND HYDRAULIC DEVICE
A hydraulic device having a plurality of cylinders for distributing a flow of hydraulic fluid between a reservoir and a load, the device comprising: a housing having the plurality of cylinders with a plurality of corresponding pistons configured for reciprocation of a constant stroke length; an input port of the housing fluidly connected to each cylinder of the plurality of cylinders, the input port facilitating introduction of the hydraulic fluid into said each cylinder; an output port of the housing connected to said each cylinder, the output port facilitating the ejection of the hydraulic fluid from said each cylinder during the reciprocation, the output port configured for fluidly coupling said each cylinder to the load; and a distributor coupled to a main shaft of the hydraulic device, such that the distributor rotates in conjunction with the main shaft, the distributor having a distributor body including a first port configured for fluid communication with the input port and a second port configured for fluid communication with the output port; wherein the first port and the second port are fluidly coupled to the input port and the output port external to a shaft body of the main shaft.
HYDRAULIC ARRANGEMENT FOR A STEERED WHEEL OF A VEHICLE
The arrangement comprises a hydraulic machine with at least two operating cylinders, the hydraulic machine comprising a rotor part configured to be connected to the steered wheel and a stator part having main enclosures open in a receiving interface, and a pivot device that defines a pivot axis of the stator part and has main outer orifices linked to the main enclosures of the hydraulic machine in a connection interface. The arrangement further comprises a pilot line linked to a pilot chamber which has a pilot inlet in the receiving interface and the pilot line is formed in the pivot device and extends between an outer pilot orifice present in this device and a pilot opening located in the connection interface.
Hydraulic motor
A hydraulic motor apparatus includes a motor housing engaged to an end cap having a first porting system and an adapter connected to an external surface of the end cap and having a second porting system. A filter may be attached to the adapter and connected to the second porting system and a pressure reducing valve in the adapter is connected to the second porting system. The assembly may also include a controller operatively connected to the pressure reducing valve and system sensors measuring parameters affected by the output of the hydraulic motor apparatus, whereby the pressure reducing valve is operatively controlled by the controller in response to input from the system sensors.
Port plate for integrated drive generator
A port plate for use in an integrated drive generator has a body defining a semi-cylindrical charge port communicating with two circumferentially smaller charge port portions. A diametrically opposed working pressure port has three smaller working pressure ports. A center plane is defined extending through a center axis of a bore within the body and equidistance between circumferential ends of the charge port and the working fluid port. A first angle is defined between the plane and a circumferential end of the smaller charge port. The first angle is between 15 and 25 degrees. An integrated drive generator and a method are also disclosed.
Hydrostatic piston engine
A hydrostatic piston engine comprises a housing with a cylinder drum with cylinder bores mounted rotatably therein. Each of the cylinder bores receives a working piston in a longitudinally displaceable manner, via which a hydrostatic working chamber is delimited by the cylinder bore. The hydrostatic working chamber has an opening on an outer surface of the cylinder drum by which, when the cylinder drum rotates, outlets of a high-pressure chamber and of a low-pressure chamber of the piston engine and a reversing surface arranged between the two outlets in the rotational direction can be passed over in alternating fashion. At least one pressurizing medium channel is provided which, on one hand, opens out in the reversing surface and, on the other, into a pressurizing medium trough of the piston engine.
Method for controlling torque equilibrium of a hydraulic motor
A method for controlling torque equilibrium of a hydraulic motor, the method includes: setting a torque equilibrium reference position in a control system, setting a reference direction in the control system, determining one or more high-pressure torque producing cylinders towards the torque equilibrium reference position in a reference direction in the control system, and opening a high-pressure valve on each of one or more high-pressure torque producing cylinders to produce a torque towards the torque equilibrium reference position in the reference direction on the drive shaft of the motor.
Variable displacement pump-motor
A variable displacement pump-motor includes a pump-motor having a plurality of cylinders and pistons, and further including a main shaft rotatable relative to the system body. A hydro mechanical control system includes a plurality of main stage valves in communication with the plurality of cylinders. Each of the main stage valves is configured to open and close a cylinder of the plurality of cylinders to one or more of high or low pressure fluid sources. A pilot spool valve is in selective communication with each of the main stage valves. The pilot spool rotates with the main shaft. The pilot spool includes coding configured to operate each of the main stage valves to open and close the respective cylinders to the one or more high and low pressure fluid sources according to a translational position of the pilot spool and rotation of the pilot spool by the main shaft.
Hydraulic pump-motor
An axial hydraulic pump-motor, in which a cylinder block having a plurality of cylinder bores on a valve plate having a high-pressure side port and a low-pressure side port for controlling an amount of reciprocation of a piston in each of the cylinder bores, the hydraulic pump-motor includes: a residual pressure release port provided on the valve plate and communicating until the cylinder bore on a top dead center side communicates with the low-pressure side port; a residual pressure acquisition portion obtaining a value of a residual pressure in the cylinder bore on the top dead center side; and a directional switching valve switching a flow path between the residual pressure release port and an hydraulic oil tank and a flow path between the residual pressure release port and the low-pressure side port.
