REAL-TIME TERMINAL SERVICE GUIDANCE AND AUDITING
Methods and a system for real-time auditing of service technician actions during terminal maintenance using prompt-engineered large language model analysis and interactive feedback. The technology employs prompt engineering techniques to guide a large language model in analyzing images of terminal components during service calls and comparing them against model images to determine maintenance action compliance. When non-compliant actions are detected through prompt-based analysis, detailed feedback is provided to the technician through an interactive interface using natural language generation prompts, enabling immediate correction. Real-time status updates are provided to site managers through notification prompts and comprehensive service metrics are maintained for quality assurance and performance tracking through analytical reporting prompts.
Test Sequence Generation
Apparatuses, systems, and methods for test sequence generation to validate a device under test (DUT) can include generating a structured set of test sequence inputs and performing a large language model (LLM) call using the structured set of test sequence inputs. The structured set of test sequence inputs can include parameters associated with the DUT, a list of available tests associated with the DUT, instructions for an LLM to query a database to retrieve test sequence information associated with the DUT, and/or an output structure. The LLM call can be used to generate the test sequence for validating the DUT based on the generated structured set of test sequence inputs.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR CALL CENTER NATURAL LANGUAGE PROCESSING
Disclosed herein are systems and methods for natural language processing for a call center. Audio data are received for at least a portion of a call between a call center representative and a call center user. An audio-to-text transcription of the call is generated upon processing the audio data. At least one generative model is applied to the transcription to obtain: a text summary of the call; answers to pre-defined questions relating to the customer and/or the call; and at least one assessment score of the call. In some cases, an electronic signal to trigger remedial action may be generated.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR INDUCING PERSONAL REFLECTION USING A DIGITAL COMMUNICATIONS NETWORK
Systems and methods for inducing personal reflection in an individual member using a digital communication network (DCN) are provided. The DCN is provided to a plurality of members of a population to communicate with each other. The individual member is identified based on at least one communication in the DCN from the individual member that includes at least one observation. The communication is analyzed and at least one question is generated related to the observation. The at least one question is transmitted to the individual member.
Artificial Intelligence-Guided Application Development
A system receives a free text description of functionality desired for an application. The system creates first prompt including the free text description and a first request for a set of recommended components for the application. The system inputs the first prompt to a first generative language model and receives, as output, the set of recommended components for the application. The system generates a set of pages for at least a subset of the set of recommended components using a second generative language model. The system generates a schema for each page, where schema a defines a structure for storing data related to the respective page. The system determines a set of resources to include in each page. The system generates the application with the pages, the schemas, and the resources and provides access to the application to a client device.
RECORDING MEDIUM, GENERATION METHOD, AND INFORMATION PROCESSING DEVICE
A computer-readable recording medium stores therein a generation program for causing a computer to execute a process including: retrieving a first sentence data related to a first question sentence by referring to a storage unit that stores a plurality of sentence data; and generating a second question sentence in which a style of the first question sentence is modified so as to maintain a meaning of the first question sentence, the second question sentence being generated based on the retrieved first sentence data, using a first language model for generating a sentence.
Memory Assistant System
In one aspect, a system for context-based query modeling is provided. The system includes an input device to provide a textual representation of speech. The system also includes a memory encoder for generating encoded speech data structures based on the textual representation of speech. The system also includes a query agent for generating a query-context speech data structure encoding a segment of the textual representation of speech. The system also includes a retrieval agent for generating a response based on the query-context speech data structure and the encoded speech data structures. The response defines a reply to the inferred query. The system also includes an output device for presenting the response.
GENERATIVE MODEL DRIVEN BI-DIRECTIONAL UPDATING OF MULTI-PANE USER INTERFACE
Some implementations to a multi-pane graphical user interface (GUI) where, during a dialog session between a user and a generative model system, the generative model system generates first pane responses that are rendered in a first pane of the GUI and generates a second pane response that is rendered in a second pane of the GUI and that is dynamically updated over the dialog session. Further, first pane user inputs, that are directed to the first pane, can cause an additional first pane response to be generated and rendered at the first pane and/or can cause an update to the second pane response. Likewise, second pane user inputs, that are directed to the second pane, can cause a corresponding update to the second pane response and can cause an additional first pane response to be generated and rendered at the first pane.
Recording Medium, Information Processing Method, and Information Processing Device
Provided are a recording medium, an information processing method, and an information processing device that can reduce workload of medical professionals associated with explanation of informed consent forms.
A computer readable non-transitory recording medium recording an information processing program causes a computer to execute: acquiring a key point sentence related to content of a consent form for a medical procedure or a clinical trial; reading a sentence related to the acquired key point sentence from a database; acquiring an explanatory sentence generated by inputting the key point sentence and the read sentence to a language model; and outputting the acquired explanatory sentence.
HASH TAG GENERATION DEVICE, HASH TAG GENERATION METHOD, AND RECORDING MEDIUM
A hash tag generation device includes a memory storing instructions; and one or more processors configured to execute the instructions to: receive a generation prompt to generate a hash tag for content including at least one of a sentence, an image, a moving image, and a voice; set a plurality of personalities for generating a hash tag for a language model used for generating the hash tag; generate a hash tag of the content through an interaction using a prompt among a plurality of personalities set for the language model; and output the generated hash tag.
