Flexible connecting structure of prefabricated component and building main body

The present invention discloses a flexible connecting structure of a prefabricated component and a building main body. The flexible connecting structure comprises multiple layers of cast-in-situ building main bodies spaced up and down, a prefabricated component is connected between two adjacent cast-in-situ building main bodies, a tenon is provided at the lower end of the prefabricated component, a mortise matching the tenon is provided on the top surface of the cast-in-situ building main body, and the prefabricated component is socketed to the lower layer of cast-in-situ building main body by tenon-and-mortise cooperation; and a first flexible layer for reducing the connection rigidity between the prefabricated component and the upper layer of cast-in-situ building main body is provided at the junction between the prefabricated component and the upper layer of cast-in-situ building main body. The present invention realizes a flexible connection between a prefabricated component and a building main body, and avoids the influence of the prefabricated component on the rigidity of the building main body.

Adjustable support system for a building structure and a wall structure having an adjustable support system

An adjustable support system has a base bracket member, a clip member, and an outer bracket. The base bracket member has a first end wall that overlays a substrate, a body wall extending outwardly therefrom and a second end wall opposite the first end wall. The clip member has a base bracket member coupling, and a projecting arm. The base bracket member coupling is attached to the first end wall and overlies a portion of the body wall. The projecting arm is spaceable apart from the body wall. The outer bracket has a spanning wall with inner and outer sides. An outer end wall extends from the outer side. The spanning wall is slidably positionable between the body wall of the base bracket member and the at least one clip member, to sandwich the same. Wall assemblies and methods are likewise disclosed.

Connection system and method for prefabricated volumetric construction modules

The invention provides a prefabricated volumetric construction module having connection mechanism for securing to other similar modules. A prefabricated volumetric construction module includes a self-supporting structure and pairs of corner castings arranged at least at the corners of the structure. During building construction, the modules are assembled and secured together using connection rods and interlocking plates to provide vertical securement between vertically adjoining modules and horizontal securement between horizontally adjoining modules.

Suspended ceiling connectors for unique grid designs
11525261 · 2022-12-13 · ·

A ceiling beam connector that permits the incorporation of ornamental panel designs such as triangles, parallelograms, and trapezoids into suspended ceilings. The connector has a faceplate attached to either two arms or a leg. The leg is attached to either the faceplate or an arm at an acute angle measured from an axis perpendicular to the faceplate. To maintain standard beam lengths and rout spacing at 2 foot, 3 foot, or 4 foot (61 cm, 91 cm, or 122 cm) beam spacing, the leg may project out at the following angles measured from the axis: about 14.0°, about 18.4°, about 26.6°, about 30.3°, about 45.0°, about 59.7°, about 63.4°, about 71.6°, or about 76.0°.

Foundation to frame connector

A foundation connector is formed with a foundation attachment section and a frame attachment section connected by a transition section at the central area of the foundation connector. The frame attachment section is attached to a frame member with fasteners and the foundation attachment section is attached to the foundation with anchors. The foundation attachment section has a curved foundation attachment base. The frame attachment section has a curved frame attachment base. A transition section is provided between the foundation attachment section and the frame attachment section that is curved.

This invention improves seismic resistance of structures by transition from stiff to non destructible flexible state at a threshold earthquake level higher than prior art maximum design earthquake level of stiff structures. Functional characteristics of the category of auto-reversing stiff-to-flexible seismic structures comprise: a limited six degree of freedom motion; a laterally-stable limited rising-twist-sway ascent; a self-centering diagonal-untwist auto-descent; a multidirectional flexibility; and a multi-phase split-force-impact seismic protection. Seismic construction technologies of the category of structures comprise: base split-force-impact technology; cluster split-force-impact technology; tuned segment split-force-impact technology; and tuned spine split-force-impact technology. The auto-reversing stiff-to-flexible seismic joints of the structures are low-cost, simple and easy to manufacture, and especially suitable for mass industrial application.
