Field Programmable Gate Array
An object of the invention is to provide a field programmable gate array which is able to prevent an inappropriate value from being output to the outside of an FPGA even when an SRAM-based programmable logic portion is out of order and to secure safety of a system. The field programmable gate array of the invention includes a hard macro CPU in which a circuit structure is fixed, a programmable logic in which a circuit structure is changeable, a diagnosis circuit which diagnoses an abnormality of the programmable logic, and a fail-safe interface circuit which is able to control an external output from the programmable logic to a safe side, and the hard macro CPU outputs a fail-safe signal which is an output of a safe side to the fail-sate interface circuit when an error is detected by the diagnosis circuit.
RAIL SIGNAL
A rail signal having a rail signal lamp with a lens assembly comprising: a light emitter panel having a plurality of light emitters; and a lens plate covering the plurality of light emitters and provided with lens elements aligned with the light-emitters, wherein the lens elements have a rear surface facing a respective light emitter and an opposed front surface, and the front surface is rotationally symmetric about a Z axis that is parallel with an optical axis of the lens element, has orthogonal X and Y axes; wherein the rear surfaces each have a plurality of concavities in the X-Z plane, having a mirror symmetric arrangement of a first concavity between two second concavities, wherein the centre of the first concavity is aligned with the optical axis, and the second concavities have a larger radius of curvature than the first concavity.
SIGNAL LIGHT ASSEMBLY
An all welded signal light assembly transportable in secure, stacked condition with a plurality of all welded signal light assemblies of like construction.
LED traffic signal light module
A light emitting diode (LED) traffic signal light module is provided. The LED traffic signal light module comprises a housing, an LED module, a power supply module and a lens set. The LED module is disposed on an inner wall in the housing. The power supply module is disposed in the housing, wherein the power supply module is electrically connected to the LED module. The lens set is disposed on the housing.
Current sensor for monitoring a wayside signal lamp for a positive train system
A sensor for monitoring the current flowing in a wire of a circuit is provided. The sensor includes a variable inductance contactless current detector to sense the current flowing in the wire, serially connected to an internal power source and a resistor to form a voltage divider circuit. The sensor also includes a voltage detector to monitor the voltage level across the resistor and generate an output signal. A system is also provided.
Level crossing light panel
A level crossing panel may comprise a frame, a lighting module coupled to the frame, and a connection support coupled to the frame and electrically connected to the lighting module. The connection support may comprise an interface configured to be removably coupled to a connector of a mast and an electrical contact configured to transmit power from the connector of the mast to the lighting module.
Circuit arrangement for revealing light signal errors
A circuit arrangement for revealing light signal errors, in particular for railway safety systems, includes an electronic signal generator, which can be disconnected in a reversible manner in the event of an error, and a control part, configured for incandescent lamps, for controlling and monitoring the signal generator. The device for revealing errors includes an error differentiator between the line-related interference voltage and error of the signal generator. The reliability of the error differentiation is improved and rendered independent of capacitive intermediate energy storage devices, in that the signal generator is connected to a resistance arrangement such that the signal generator voltage is greater, in high-resistance signal generators, than an interference voltage.
LED retrofit module for railway signaling
A railway signal replacement lamp module apparatus, including a lamp housing sized to fit within a railway signal housing and a receptacle to contain a solid state light source within the lamp housing. Some embodiments include, in combination with other aspects, at least one spring-loaded connector integral to and positioned within or on the lamp housing to interface with an electrical conductor feature of a railway signal; and a thermally conductive material disposed on an exterior surface of the lamp housing to provide a thermal conduit from an exterior of the lamp housing to an interior of the railway signal housing.
Monitoring system, wayside LED signaling device, and method for monitoring a wayside LED signaling device
A monitoring system for a wayside signaling device includes a light emitting diode (LED) circuit with an LED array, a LED driver unit for driving the LED array, and a mechanism for connecting and disconnecting the LED circuit, and an optical light sensing circuit with a light-controlled variable resistor operably coupled to a resistor driver unit including relay functionality. The LED circuit and the sensing circuit are arranged such that the light-controlled variable resistor monitors an output of the LED array, and that the relay functionality triggers the mechanism to connect or disconnect the LED circuit based on the output of the LED array.
