Conductive fastening mechanism

A conductive fastening mechanism including a nut connected to an energy load module and electrically connected to a power supply through a power switch S0; an anti-rotating seat located above the nut; a conducting element arranged in the anti-rotating seat and electrically connected to a load; a connecting piece penetrating the anti-rotating seat and the conducting element and selectively connected to the nut, used for on-off between the load and the power supply; a handle rotatably arranged on the connecting piece, where the handle is configured to be selectively clamped in the anti-rotating seat to limit the connecting piece. The handle is rotatably arranged on the connecting piece and can be selectively clamped on the anti-rotating seat, such that the handle plays a role in preventing the connecting piece from rotating, so as to achieve the purpose of anti-vibration and anti-loosening, prevent damage and other safety accidents, and improve safety.

Cooking oven

The invention relates to a cooking oven comprising at least two entities made of sheet metal (2, 3), each sheet metal entity (2, 3) comprising at least one surface carrying an enamel layer, specifically a vitreous enamel layer, said enamelled sheet metal entities (2, 3) overlapping each other and a screw connection for grounding and coupling said enamelled sheet metal entities (2, 3), wherein a ground element is at least indirectly coupled with one of said enamelled sheet metal entities (2, 3) for grounding said stack of enamelled sheet metal entities (2, 3), wherein at least one screw (5) with a screw shaft (5.1) is provided through said enamelled sheet metal entities (2, 3), wherein the screw (5) is at least indirectly electrically coupled with the ground element and said screw shaft (5.1) comprises a thread for providing an electric coupling between the enamelled sheet metal entities (2, 3).

TERMINAL FASTENERS FOR TRACTION BATTERIES

Aspects of the present disclosure relate to a terminal fastener for electrically connecting a battery terminal associated with at least part of a traction battery to an electrical circuit of a vehicle, the terminal fastener comprising: a terminal engaging portion configured to engage with the battery terminal; a tool receiving portion configured to receive a tool to fasten the terminal engaging portion to the battery terminal; and insulation configured to cover at least part of the terminal fastener.

MOBILE DEVICE MOUNTING SYSTEM

A mobile device mounting system includes a device case and a mount. The device case includes: an insert including a rectangular bore and defining a set of undercut sections about the rectangular bore; and a first set of magnetic elements arranged in a first pattern about the rectangular bore. The mount includes: a body; a polygonal boss extending from the body and configured to insert into the rectangular bore; a set of locking jaws arranged on the polygonal boss configured to transiently mate with the set of undercut sections to constrain the polygonal boss within the rectangular bore; and a second set of magnetic elements arranged in a second pattern about the polygonal boss and configured to transiently couple to the first set of magnetic elements to transiently retain the mount against the device case and to drive the set of locking jaws toward the set of undercut sections.

A fastener structure configured to be locked slantingly so as to provide effective and stable electrical conduction can be used to lock a to-be-locked object in place. The fastener structure includes a rod body and at least two inclination adjustment units. The rod body has a thread portion. The at least two inclination adjustment units are offset from each other and are formed on different surface portions of the rod body that are at different heights of the rod body respectively, such that the thread portion is left with an exposed surface portion. The at least two inclination adjustment units allow the rod body to be locked slantingly in the to-be-locked object, with the exposed surface portion of the thread portion in close contact with the thread of the threaded hole of the to-be-locked object to enable effective and stable electrical conduction.

Wire rivet

A rivet assembly for securing a wire in electrical communication with a substrate having a hollow cylindrical body with a first opening at a proximal end and a second opening at a distal end. The rivet assembly further includes a wire with a portion in electrical communication with the cylindrical body. The rivet assembly yet further includes a compression mechanism configured for use selectively compressing the cylindrical body along an axial direction. Compression of the cylindrical body can cause diametric expansion of an outer diameter of the cylindrical body to retain the cylindrical body within a substrate. The rivet assembly additionally includes wire retention structure configured for holding the wire in electrical contact with the compressed cylindrical body.
