Control panel
A control panel designed to be placed in a vertical plane, the control panel comprising the layered assembly of a flat base, of an elastomer sheet mounted against the base, the sheet being provided with openings and optionally with domes, and of a decorative fascia. The control panel is in addition provided with a means for protection against liquids made in one piece with the sheet, the protection means comprising elements projecting from the main surface of the sheet, the said elements being so arranged that when the control panel is in the substantially vertical plane and the liquid penetrates between the sheet and the decorative fascia, the liquid is guided along a determined course and re-emerges from the panel having avoided critical zones leading in particular to detectors.

A control panel comprising a proximal wall, a pair of opposing sidewalls attached at a proximal edge thereof to and extending distally from the proximal wall, a distal wall attached to a distal edge of the pair of opposing sidewalls, and a panel wall attached to an upper portion of and carried by at least one of the proximal wall, one of the opposing sidewalls, and the distal wall. The panel wall comprises at least one aperture formed therein configured to receive a control device.
INTEGRATED MANIPULATION APPARATUS FOR AUTONOMOUS VEHICLES AND CONTROL METHOD THEREOF
An integrated manipulation apparatus for autonomous vehicles and a control method are provided. When a driving mode is switched from an autonomous driving mode to a manual driving mode, a user manipulates the integrated manipulation apparatus, which is portable, to perform chassis functions, such as steering, speed change, acceleration, and braking of a vehicle, and to perform general functions, such as lamp on/off, honking, and turn indication, as needed. A steering dial switch and a speed change slide switch are different in manipulation manner from an acceleration button switch and a braking button switch.
LIGHTING SYSTEM FOR A MOTOR VEHICLE AND MOTOR VEHICLE HAVING A LIGHTING SYSTEM
In a motor vehicle having motor vehicle exterior lighting devices and an operator control device, the following lighting modes of the motor vehicle exterior lighting devices can be set: deactivated, parking light, daytime running light, forwarding lighting, and automatic mode in which the motor vehicle exterior lighting devices are operated by an automatic forward light controller. The operator control device has a single monostable operator control element by which the lighting modes can be set; or the operator control device has a monostable operator control element by which the deactivated, parking light, daytime running light and forward lighting lighting modes can be set. The operator control device has a pushbutton key or a toggle lever by which the automatic mode can be set.
AUTOMOTIVE OPERATING SYSTEM
System including one or more touch-sensitive control surfaces on which control elements, which are arranged next to each other, are displayed. Using a control device with controller software, the control elements can determine amongst themselves via the controller software, when a respective control element should be active or deactivated when touched.
Roof Console for a Vehicle
A roof console for a vehicle has at least one touch-slide operating element for controlling functional elements of the vehicle. A touch-slide operating element in the sense of this application is a touch-sensitive operating element with a one-dimensional extent. As a result of the one-dimensional extent, the operating elements can beneficially recognize gestures in the form of tapping and swiping which permits excellent blind operation. The swiping movements can also be detected in both directions of the one-dimensional extent.
PUSHBUTTON VEHICLE SHIFTER INTERFACE
A pushbutton shifter interface is provided on a vehicle and includes a plurality of pushbutton keys arranged horizontally on a dashboard. The pushbutton shifter interface may be fixedly coupled with the dashboard generally forward of a driver seat. The pushbutton shifter interface is accessible by a driver to select a vehicle operating mode.
