PUTTER GRIP
A grip (e.g., a golf putter grip) includes an elongated body that extends from a first axial body end to a second axial body end along a longitudinal axis. The body includes a first section and a second section. The first section has a cavity therein for receiving a shaft that extends at least partially therethrough. The second section is adjacent the first section such that the second section is offset from the shaft when the shaft is received in the cavity of the first section.
Ultra high stiffness putter shaft
A golf club shaft used with putter type club heads for making a putting stroke on the green of a golf course is made from high-modulus fibers which results in an ultra-high stiffness putter shaft with high frequency, low tip deflection, and high torsional and bending rigidity. The ultra-high stiffness putter shaft prevents unwanted face twisting during the impact of a golf ball during a putting stroke, allowing for greater putt accuracy.
Putter for golf
A putter for golf has a putter head, a putter shaft, and a hosel removably attaching the putter shaft to a rear face of the putter head that is opposite from the impact face of the putter head. The hosel can selectively attach the putter shaft to the putter head for either left-hand or right-hand putting. The impact head of the putter face may be rectangularly shaped and have height and width dimensions greater than the diameter of a standard golf ball.
Flexible grip for a golf club putter shaft
A flexible grip for the shaft of a putter having the upper face raised in the upper region adjacent the butt end and the raised portion tapered toward the lower end. The upper face has a flat surface in transverse section along the length of the lower part of the grip which has a constant taper. The lower face is straight along the length of the grip and of uniform thickness. The side faces are tapered consistent with taper of the lower section of the grip.
ADJUSTABLE LENGTH SHAFT AND AN ADJUSTABLE MASS FOR A GOLF CLUB
A golf club has a first shaft coupled to a club head, a second shaft configured to slidably engage a portion of the first shaft, a grip coupled to the second shaft, and an adjustable length shaft assembly received by the second shaft and configured to allow a portion of the first shaft to slide in relation to the second shaft in a first configuration, and to restrict a portion of the first shaft from sliding in relation to the second shaft in a second configuration. The grip is restricted from rotation about the first shaft or the second shaft as the first shaft slides in relation to the second shaft.
Offset golf club head
A golf club head or gold club, the club including a shaft, a body, a front face, a back face, and a connecting member. The connecting member attached to the center of the back face and extending away from the back face of the club head and turning at an angle, and wherein the front face of the club head forms a rectangular shape.
Putter with bi-material shaft
A putter with a bi-material shaft is disclosed herein. The golf ball may multiple layers. The putter comprises a putter head, the bi-material shaft, a mass member and a grip. The bi-material shaft comprises a body with a tip end and a butt end. The body comprises a metal section extending from the tip end to a connection point, and a composite section extending from the butt end to the connection point. The mass member is positioned within an opening at the butt end of the shaft. Mass from the shaft is transferred to the club head and the mass member in the butt end of the shaft.
Golf club heads and methods to manufacture golf club heads
Examples of golf club heads and methods to manufacture golf club heads are generally described herein. In one example, a golf club head may include a body portion with a toe portion, a heel portion, a rear portion, a front portion with a strike face, a sole portion, and a top portion with a plurality of weight ports. The body portion may define a periphery of the golf club head. The golf club head may also include a plurality of weight portions with each weight portion disposed in one weight port of the plurality of weight ports. Other examples and examples may be described and claimed.
PUTTER, PUTTING STROKE-SELECTION SYSTEM, AND METHOD
A putting stroke-selection system (10) is provided comprising a putter (12) having putter head (14) and a putter shaft (16), and a referencing indicium (24) comprising a plurality of calibrated distance markers (28) which is engaged or engagable with the putter shaft (16). This allows for the user to quickly visualize how the horizontal distance to the putting target from the golf ball correlates with the visible vertical separation on the referencing indicium (24).
