A head weight is fastened to the putter head and a handle weight is secured to a putter shaft to adjust the weight on the putter head. Further, a grip is secured to the putter shaft. The golf putter provides the player the ability to change the performance aspect of the faceplate, look, and feel by interchanging faceplates, impact materials, and weights in the head and handle of the putter based on player’s preference.

GOLF CLUB WITH GROOVED STRIKING FACE

A golf club is disclosed that has a golf club head with a face having peaks or ridges and deep grooves or valleys. The deep grooves or valleys promote improved “feel” and/or reduced “smash factor” which may be particularly desirable when the golf club head comprises a putter face. The deep grooves or valleys may eliminate the need for costly soft metal alloy faces and/or polymeric or other resilient inserts between the face and the body of the golf club head.

Adjustable length shaft and an adjustable mass for a golf club

A golf club has a first shaft coupled to a club head, a second shaft configured to slidably engage a portion of the first shaft, a grip coupled to the second shaft, and an adjustable length shaft assembly received by the second shaft and configured to allow a portion of the first shaft to slide in relation to the second shaft in a first configuration, and to restrict a portion of the first shaft from sliding in relation to the second shaft in a second configuration. The grip is restricted from rotation about the first shaft or the second shaft as the first shaft slides in relation to the second shaft.

Described herein is a golf club shaft used with putter type club heads for making a putting stroke on the green of a golf course. The putter shaft is made from high-modulus fibers which results in an ultra-high stiffness putter shaft with high frequency, low tip deflection, and high torsional and bending rigidity. The ultra-high stiffness putter shaft prevents unwanted face twisting during the impact of a golf ball during a putting stroke, allowing for greater putt accuracy.
