SIMULATION APPARATUS AND PROCESSING LOAD ADJUSTMENT DEVICE
In a simulation apparatus for a cockpit system of a vehicle, a driving environment simulation unit performs simulation of a driving environment of the vehicle involving a driving behavior to acquire driving behavior data and generate a travel image as an image simulating scenery visible from the vehicle during travelling. A travel image display unit displays the travel image. A component display unit displays an image of a component generated based on the driving behavior data. A processing load calculation unit calculates a processing load of the simulation apparatus based on at least one of a time difference between acquisition of the driving behavior data and display of the image of the component corresponding to the driving behavior data and a time difference between acquisition of the driving behavior data and display of the travel image generated in response to the driving behavior data.
Automated inspection of autonomous vehicle equipment
An equipment inspection system receives data captured by a sensor of an autonomous vehicle (AV). The captured data describes a current state of equipment for servicing the AV. The equipment inspection system compares the captured data to a model describing an expected state of the equipment. The equipment inspection system determines, based on the comparison, that the equipment differs from the expected state. The equipment inspection system may transmit data describing the current state of the equipment to an equipment manager. The equipment manager may schedule maintenance for the equipment based on the current state of the equipment.
Managing recreational vehicles and accessories
A vehicle is electrically connected to one or more accessories. The vehicle includes at least one controller that may be configured to identify the accessory based on accessory identification information. The controller may also be configured to provide one or more commands to control an operation of the accessory.

Operator Control And/Or Display Device
A touch screen operator control and/or display device (1), for a motor vehicle has a display element (2). At least one graphics element (3) can be represented on the display element (2) by visible light radiation. A sensor (4) detects the representation of the graphics element (3). The sensor (4) detects in particular, changes in brightness on the display element (2).
Fixture for evaluating heads-up windshields
A test fixture (10) for HUD windshields (12) wherein aspherical devices (26) compensate for complex curvatures and optical aberrations in a heads-up display surface (16) of the windshield. Tunable lenses cooperate with a movable test matrix to improve image resolution and enhance ghost image reduction.
VIDEO PROCESSING DEVICE AND DISPLAY DEVICE
A video processing device includes a receiver that successively receives input images, each having a prescribed overlapping image superimposed in one or more areas thereof, a compositing image generation unit that successively generates compositing images based on the external information, a video compositing unit that successively generates composite images, a compositing abnormality detection unit that determines whether one or more areas of the composite image have abnormality or not, a comparison unit that compares the one or more areas of the input image with those of the composite image to determine whether or not the respective areas match, if it is determined that the composite image have no abnormalities, and an output control unit that outputs the input image if it is determined that the respective areas match, and outputs the composite image when it is determined that the respective areas do not match.
IMPROVED AUTOMOTIVE DISPLAY PANELS
Disclosed are structural design solutions for flexible display panels for use in automobile interiors that comprises a flexible joint portion that are configured to meet the requirements of the automobile industry standard head form impact testing.
PUSH-BUTTON SWITCH ASSEMBLY AND DIAGNOSIC METHODS THEREOF
Systems and methods are described for a push-button switch assembly with the ability to diagnose faults. The push-button switch assembly comprises a first circuit comprising a first resistor arranged in series with a first switch, and a second resistor arranged in parallel with the first resistor and the first switch, and a second circuit comprising a third resistor arranged in series with a second switch, and a fourth resistor arranged in parallel with the third resistor and the second switch, wherein the first switch and the second switch are each closable by displacement of a push-button of the push-button switch assembly.
