OPERATING DEVICE FOR A VEHICLE
The operating device (10) for a vehicle is provided with a housing (12) having a front wall (14). At least one operating element (18) is arranged on the front wall (14) and can be manually actuated starting from a rest position for the purpose of entering a command or activating a function. The operating element (18) is associated with a switch (32) having a switching member (36) on which the operating key acts during manual operation. Furthermore, a support element (24) is arranged in the housing (12) at a distance from the operating element (18), on which support element (24) the switch (32) associated with the operating element (18) is arranged, the support element (24) having a bending bar (40) with an upper side (42) facing the operating element (18) and a lower side (44) facing away from the upper side (42), and the switch (32) being arranged on the bending bar. Finally, the operating device (10) is provided with an adjustment member (46) acting on the bending bar (40) for adjusting the bending position of the bending bar (40) relative to the operating element (18) in its resting position and for maintaining and thus stabilizing the bending bar (40) in its adjusted bending position when the operating element (18) acts on the switching member (36). The adjustment member (46) comprises a threaded sleeve (54) with an internal thread (56) and a self-tapping adjustment screw (48) with a threaded shaft (50), wherein the internal thread (56) of the threaded sleeve (54) and the external thread (52) of the threaded shaft (50) of the self-tapping adjustment screw (48) have the same or substantially the same pitch.
LENSLESS INSTRUMENT CLUSTER WITH INTEGRATION OF HARD TELLTALES AND HALO LIGHTING PROVIDING A SEAMLESS DISPLAY APPEARANCE
The invention is a robust lensless instrument cluster configured for installation in a vehicle. The instrument cluster comprises an outer case, a PCB and lighting structure, an inner frame, an optical bonding assembly, halo lighting portions, a seamless display comprising tell-tale indicators and gauges, and an outer visor. The instrument cluster further comprises a plurality of LEDs for compartmentalized and indirect lighting of the tell-tale indicators on the seamless display and the halo lighting portions around the edges of the seamless display. Because the instrument cluster is lensless and otherwise exposed to the environment, it comprises a seal system to prevent the ingress of water and dust into the interior components. The seal system can also eliminate the risk of mura in the optical bonding assembly.
Operating device for a vehicle
The invention relates to an operating device for a vehicle, comprising a display with a touch-sensor system for inputting a command and additionally a retaining device which retains the display. The retaining device has a base face and a free area which is defined by support elements protruding from the base face. The operating device is additionally provided with at least one actuation sensor for detecting a bend of the display upon being manually actuated and an analysis unit which is connected to the touch sensor system and the at least one actuation sensor for analyzing the signals of the touch sensor system and the at least one actuation sensor.
DISPLAY ASSEMBLY FOR VEHICLE
A display assembly for a vehicle may include: a back cover constituting the body of the display assembly, and fixed to an instrument panel; an LCD module disposed at the front of the back cover; and a coupling member disposed between the back cover and the LCD module, and configured to couple the back cover and the LCD module to each other. The coupling member may be formed of a double-sided tape.
HEAD-UP DISPLAY DEVICE
According to at least one aspect, the present disclosure provides a head-up display device comprising: a housing including a receiving space within; a picture generation unit (PGU) disposed within the housing, for projecting an image related to vehicle driving information; one or more reflection members for reflecting an image projected from the PGU; a fixing member formed to be fixed to a vehicle body; and one or more length adjustment members coupled to the fixing member, for movably supporting the housing.
Vehicle smart garnish
A vehicle smart garnish is provided. The vehicle smart garnish includes an upper casing formed with a plurality of symbols to which light is emitted, a capacitive touch sensor pad corresponding to at least one of the plurality of symbols and recognizing a touch, a holder casing in which the capacitive touch sensor pad is mounted and coupled from a rear of the upper casing, and a circuit board positioned behind the holder casing and on which a light emitting element emitting light is mounted and configured to detect a touch signal of the capacitive touch sensor pad, wherein the holder casing includes a light guide path for guiding the light emitted from the light emitting element to the plurality of symbols, and a light reflection layer is formed on a partition of the light guide path.
DISPLAY SYSTEM AND MOBILE DEVICE
A display system includes a display and a shielding member. The display has a display screen to display an image thereon. The shielding member has an opening, through which light emerging from the display screen passes. The shielding member defines a shape of the light emerging from the display screen. The display screen has a non-rectangular display area to display the image thereon. At least one peripheral edge of the opening defines a shape that conforms to an outer peripheral shape of the display area.
