A fabric treatment apparatus including a fabric receiving unit having a fabric receiving space formed therein, a steam spray device for supplying evaporation heat to water introduced thereinto to generate steam to be sprayed to the fabric receiving unit, and an additive supply device for receiving an additive to be dissolved in water flowing to the steam spray device, the additive supply device having a hole, through which water to be mixed with the additive is introduced, the hole being opened by fluid pressure of water flowing to the steam spray device.

The present application relates to a steam generator (40) for a steaming device (10) comprising a chamber (42) having a base (46) and a liquid receiving space (47) above the base (46), a heater (50) for heating water in the liquid receiving space (47), a steam outlet (49), and a foaming restriction barrier (70) disposed between the steam outlet (49) and the base (46). The foaming restriction barrier (70) comprises a first barrier section (71) spaced from the liquid receiving space (47) between the steam outlet (49) and the liquid receiving space (47). The first barrier section (71) is configured to prevent foam from passing into the steam outlet (49). The foaming restriction barrier (70) also comprises a second barrier section (72) spaced from the first barrier section (71) between the first barrier section (71) and the liquid receiving space (47). The second barrier section (72) is configured to prevent foam from passing from the liquid receiving space (47) into an intermediate space (85) between the first and second barrier sections (71, 72). The second barrier section (72) is configured so that all the steam generated from heating water in the liquid receiving space (47) below the second barrier section (72) passes through the second barrier section (72) into the intermediate space (85) and, from the intermediate space (85) through the first barrier section (71), before passing through the steam outlet (49).
Fabric treatment apparatus and control method thereof
A fabric treatment apparatus including a steam spray device for heating water to generate steam and for spraying the generated steam into a space in which fabric is received and a water supply valve for adjusting flow of water supplied to the steam spray device to generate steam. A control method of the fabric treatment apparatus including controlling the water supply valve to be repeatedly opened and closed according to a first pattern and controlling the water supply valve to be repeatedly opened and closed according to a second pattern, the second pattern supplying a larger amount of water than in the first pattern for the same time period.

Disclosed is a clothes treatment apparatus including a washing apparatus including a cabinet having an opening formed at an upper side thereof and a door configured to open and close the opening to perform a washing process, and a drying apparatus including a drying chamber provided on at least one side surface of the cabinet to dry laundry, and a heated air generating part to introduce heated air to the drying chamber, so that a washing process and a drying process are simultaneously or separately controlled, thereby enhancing the clothes treatment efficiency.

Laundry machine having induction heater and control method thereof
Disclosed herein is a laundry machine. More particularly, a laundry machine for generating steam by an induction heater and a control method thereof are disclosed. According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, provided is a method of controlling a laundry machine including a tub, a drum rotatably arranged in the tub to accommodate an object and provided with a through hole on an outer circumferential surface thereof, and an induction heater provided to the tub, and configured to perform a steam operation. The steam operation may include heating a heating surface of the drum facing the induction heater by driving the induction heater, spraying, through a spray nozzle, water toward the heating surface heated in the heating operation, and rotating the drum such that the steam is introduced into the drum through the through hole in a space between the tub and the drum.
Laundry machine having induction heater and control method thereof
Disclosed herein is a laundry machine. More particularly, a laundry machine for generating steam by an induction heater and a control method thereof are disclosed. The laundry machine may include a tub, a drum rotatably arranged in the tub to accommodate an object and provided with a through hole on an outer circumferential surface thereof, a steam induction heater provided at a front upper portion of a front wall or a rear upper portion of a rear wall of the tub to heat a heating surface of the drum facing the steam induction heater, a motor driven to rotate the drum, a spray nozzle configured to spray water onto the heating surface facing the steam induction heater to generate steam, and a processor configured to rotate the drum to introduce the steam into the drum through the through hole in a space between the tub and the drum.

An atomizing generator, a clothing treatment device, and a control method therefor to solve the problems of the structural complexity and poor liquid level measurement accuracy of existing atomizing generators. The atomizing generator includes an outer shell and an atomizing module, an atomization cavity capable of accommodating liquid being disposed in the outer shell, and a liquid inlet, an air inlet, and a mist outlet in communication with the atomization cavity being arranged on the outer shell, the atomizing module including an ultrasonic atomizing sheet, and the atomizing module being arranged to be capable of atomizing the liquid in the atomization cavity by vibration of the ultrasonic atomizing sheet and detecting the height of the liquid level in the atomization cavity by the vibration, which simplifies the structure of the atomizing generator and increases the precision and accuracy of liquid level measurement.
