Multistage nanoreactor catalyst and preparation and application thereof

The present disclosure discloses a multistage nanoreactor catalyst and preparation and application thereof, belonging to the technical field of synthesis gas conversion. The catalyst consists of a core of an iron-based Fischer-Tropsch catalyst, a transition layer of a porous oxide or porous carbon material, and a shell layer of a molecular sieve having an aromatization function. The molecular sieve of the shell layer can be further modified by a metal element or a non-metal element, and the outer surface of the molecular sieve is further modified by a silicon-oxygen compound to adjust the acidic site on the outer surface and the aperture of the molecular sieve, thereby inhibiting the formation of heavy aromatic hydrocarbons. According to the disclosure, the shell layer molecular sieve with a transition layer and a shell layer containing or not containing auxiliaries, and with or without surface modification can be prepared by the iron-based Fischer-Tropsch catalyst through multiple steps. The catalyst can be used for direct preparation of aromatic compounds, especially light aromatic compounds, from synthesis gas; the selectivity of light aromatic hydrocarbons in hydrocarbons can be 75% or above, and the content in the liquid phase product is not less than 95%; and the catalyst has good stability and good industrial application prospect.

The present disclosure relates to yolk-shell structured catalysts having compositions that can be particularly useful in the dry reforming of methane. These catalysts can demonstrate long-term stability that would be an advantage in industrial applications such as mitigating fossil fuel plant emissions. Example catalysts can include a yolk containing nickel (Ni) or nickel oxide (NiO), platinum (Pt) or platinum oxide (PtO.sub.2), and a third material (M3) such as a cerium oxide (CeO.sub.x). The shell can be formed of a ceramic such as silica and is generally a porous material that can support the yolk.

The present invention discloses a rare-earth-manganese/cerium-zirconium-based composite compound, a method for preparing the same, and a use thereof. The composite compound is of a core-shell structure with a general formula expressed as: A RE.sub.cB.sub.aO.sub.b-(1-A)Ce.sub.xZr.sub.(1-x-y)M.sub.yO.sub.2-z, wherein 0.1≤A≤0.3, preferably 0.1≤A≤0.2; a shell layer has a main component of rare-earth manganese oxide with a general formula of RE.sub.cMn.sub.aO.sub.b, wherein RE is a rare-earth element or a combination of more than one rare-earth elements, and B is Mn or a combination of Mn and a transition metal element, 1≤a≤8, 2≤b≤18, and 0.25≤c≤4; and a core has a main component of cerium-zirconium composite oxide with a general formula of Ce.sub.xZr.sub.(1-x-y)M.sub.yO.sub.2-z, wherein M is one or more non-cerium rare-earth elements, 0.1≤x≤0.9, 0≤y≤0.3, and 0.01≤z≤0.3. The composite compound enhances an oxygen storage capacity of a cerium-zirconium material through an interface effect, thereby increasing a conversion rate of a nitrogen oxide.
