Methods and system for controlling launch of a hybrid vehicle
Systems and methods for operating a driveline of a hybrid vehicle are described. In one example, vehicle launch is controlled according to a linear quadratic regulator that provides feedback control according to torque converter slip error and vehicle speed error. The vehicle launch is also controlled according to feed forward control that is based on requested torque converter slip and requested vehicle speed.

An electronic control unit carries out deceleration fuel cutoff for stopping fuel injection in an engine, and deceleration lockup for engaging a lockup clutch, at the time of deceleration of a vehicle. The electronic control unit then ends deceleration fuel cutoff and deceleration lockup upon fulfillment of a recovery condition, On the other hand, when a request to restrain heat-up of a filter device is made before fulfillment of the recovery condition, the electronic control unit stops deceleration fuel cutoff, but continues deceleration lockup.
EXHAUST GAS PURIFICATION SYSTEM FOR INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINE
An exhaust gas purification system for an internal combustion engine includes a particulate filter (also referred to as GPF) to collect particulate matter (PM) in exhaust gas, an automatic transmission including a torque converter with a lock-up clutch, and a controller that controls the internal combustion engine to perform fuel cut when the internal combustion engine is decelerating and a temperature correlation value of lubricating oil (ATF) is higher than a determination value, and controls the automatic transmission to engage the lock-up clutch during execution of the fuel cut. The controller is configured to estimate a deposit amount of PM deposited on the GPF, and change the determination value to a smaller value than before the deposit amount exceeds a first deposit amount when the deposit amount exceeds a predetermined first deposit amount.

A transport apparatus includes: a driving source; an output shaft; and a power transmission device capable of performing power transmission between the driving source and the output shaft. The transport apparatus comprises a control device which controls the driving source and the power transmission device, wherein the power transmission device includes a connecting/disconnecting unit configured to control a fastened state in which the power transmission is performed, and a released state in which the power transmission is not performed, and wherein the control device controls the connecting/disconnecting unit based on a thermal history of the connecting/disconnecting unit.
In-vehicle controller and vehicle control method
An in-vehicle controller includes processing circuitry. The processing circuitry stops injection of fuel under a preset fuel cutoff condition including a lockup clutch being in an engagement state. A request for raising heating performance of a heater core is a heater actuation request, and an amount of particulate matter deposited on a filter is a deposition amount. The processing circuitry controls the lockup clutch in a disengagement state when a heater actuation request is generated and the deposition amount is less than a preset deposition amount threshold. The processing circuitry controls the lockup clutch in the engagement state when the heater actuation request is generated and the deposition amount is greater than or equal to the preset deposition amount threshold.
