HEAD-UP DISPLAY APPARATUS
A HUD apparatus is structured such that a first cover opens and closes a first opening, which is disposed on a path along which a combiner moves, and a second cover opens and closes a second opening, which is disposed in an optical path from a light-projecting portion of a light-emitting unit (second mirror) to the combiner. When the combiner is being moved from an accommodated position to a projecting position, the second cover retracts into a space between the combiner and the light-projecting portion while rotating forward, similarly to the first cover.
VEHICLE SHIFTER INTERFACE USING PROXIMITY SENSING
A shifter interface is provided that includes a user interface panel. The shifter interface also includes a plurality of proximity sensors arranged to provide proximity switches on the panel, wherein the proximity switches form fixed input keys that are selectable by a user to enter an operating mode of the vehicle. The shifter interface further includes a controller processing signals generated by the proximity sensors to detect activation of one or more of the proximity sensors.
Head-up display support structure for reflection unit
Provided is a head-up display device such that shaking of a display image due to vibration can be mitigated. This head-up display device, which reflects display light output from a display unit with a reflection unit so as to produce an image to be viewed, includes a first supporting part for supporting the reflection unit rotatably about a rotation axis and a first supported part provided at one end of the reflection unit and supported by the first supporting part. The first supported part has a spherical surface formed thereon, and the first supporting part has a sliding surface that is formed therein and is in substantially point contact or line contact with the spherical surface formed on the first supported part. A first elastic member that presses the first supported part and the first supporting part against each other in the rotation axis direction is provided.
High pressure water protection level speaker
A vehicle instrument panel assembly includes a front panel, a speaker disposed within the front panel for generating sounds and a cover disposed over the speaker. The cover includes a plurality of openings for the transmission of sound and a corresponding plurality of blockers at each of the plurality of openings. Each of the plurality of blockers includes a front face that is spaced apart forward of a corresponding one of the plurality of openings for blocking water intrusion.
DISPLAY DEVICE
A display device includes a liquid crystal panel providing a display surface where an image is displayed, a backlight emitting light to the liquid crystal panel from behind, a real object placed between the liquid crystal panel and the backlight and visible through the liquid crystal panel, and a controller controlling the liquid crystal panel such that a specific pixel region of the display surface behind which the real object is positioned is higher in light transmittance than another pixel region of the display surface.
Disposition structure of display for vehicle
A pair of outside view displays that are provided on an instrument panel, are located outside a steering in a vehicle width direction, and display captured outside view images and displays that are provided inside the outside view displays in the vehicle width direction and have display regions from a driver seat to a front passenger seat are provided, and the outside view displays are provided so as to face the inside in the vehicle width direction and are disposed such that inner ends of the outside view displays are located on a front side of the vehicle relative to closer left and right ends of the displays.
Flexible Display Device
A flexible display device comprises: a module housing including a curved portion configured to be disposed at a connecting portion connecting a horizontal portion and a vertical portion of a main housing, a flat portion configured to be disposed at the horizontal portion and connected to the curved portion, and guide rails disposed at opposite sides of the flat portion and the curved portion, wherein end portions of the guide rails are extended below the curved portion to provide a space under the curved portion; a flexible display panel disposed at a rear surface of the curved portion and partially exposed to the space; a moving plate including a front surface to which the flexible display panel is coupled, wherein the moving plate is moved along the guide rails with the flexible display panel; and a driving member coupled to the module housing and moving the moving plate.
DISPLAY DEVICE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD
A display device for vehicle interiors includes a screen having an active front screen surface comprising a main area and a marginal area, and a decorative layer covering the marginal area and not covering the main area. The decorative layer is configured such that in a non-switched-on state of the screen in the marginal area, the marginal area is not visible through the decorative layer In a switched-on state of the marginal area, light emitted from the marginal area is visible through the decorative layer. Furthermore, a method of manufacturing such a display device is provided.
FLEXIBLE FABRIC FOR AN INTERIOR OF A VEHICLE, SEAT COVER FOR A VEHICLE SEAT, VEHICLE SEAT AND VEHICLE
A flexible fabric for an interior of a vehicle, in particular for a vehicle seat, having an opaque top layer, an illuminant and at least one translucent light guide layer which is arranged between the illuminant and the top layer. The top layer has a plurality of cutouts through which light emitted by the illuminant passes, and the plurality of cutouts are filled with protrusions of the at least one light guide layer. Light emitted by the illuminant is guided as far as a surface of a visible side of the flexible fabric before it passes out of the light guide layer, with the result that the protrusions arranged in the cutouts form an illuminated pattern. The flexible fabric may be used with the vehicle seat with a vehicle.
HEAD-UP DISPLAY FOR VEHICLES AND HEAD-UP DISPLAY SYSTEM FOR VEHICLES
A vehicular head-up display that is provided in a vehicle and is configured to display a predetermined image to an occupant of the vehicle includes: a housing that has an opening upward; a transparent cover that covers the opening of the housing; a picture generation section; and a cleaner that is configured to clean an outer surface of the transparent cover. The picture generation section includes: a picture generation unit that is provided inside an accommodation portion formed with the housing and the transparent cover in order to emit light for generating the predetermined image; and a reflection unit that reflects light so that light emitted by the picture generation unit heads toward a windshield.
