MULTI-MATERIAL GOLF CLUB HEAD
A multi-material golf club head having an improved performance is disclosed. More specifically, the present invention relates to a multi-material golf club head having a metallic frontal portion and a lightweight aft portion with an addition of an internal ribbon support member. The lightweight aft portion could be formed of a multi-layered sandwich material with at least one layer having low damping properties. The lightweight aft portion may be formed out of a lightweight crown sub-shell and a lightweight sole sub-shell, both of which combine to receive a weighting system.

A series of devices for a unique quiet reliable non-conventional golf club, capable of driving a golf ball varying distances from a static position, without swinging the golf club, by utilizing a power strip, containing a series of blank gun powder cartridges loaded into a moveable bar, giving the user the ability to reload by a simple pressing motion of the power strip bar action for reloading. The striker/piston is propelled outward from the club face two inches to strike a golf ball, after the user presses two buttons on the golf club handle grip to fire the cartridge, developing a high pressure gas injected into the breech end of the club head firing cylinder. The vortex generator disperses the gas according to a desired distance setting by the user, to achieve various distances required in playing the game of golf.

MULTI-COMPONENT GOLF CLUB HEAD
Embodiments of a golf club head comprising a first component and a second component that are coupled together to enclose a hollow interior are disclosed herein. The first component comprises at least a striking face, a striking face return, and a rear extension. In some embodiments, the first component also comprises a weight channel at a rear end and one or more braces that attach to the striking face return and the rear extension. The second component component comprises a crown portion, a sole toe portion, and a sole heel portion. The second component is two separate portions. The density of the second component is less than the density of the first component. In some embodiments, the first component mass is 85% to 96% of a mass of the golf club head.

GOLF CLUB FITTING SYSTEMS
Golf club fitting systems can include a golf club head along with multiple alternative adjustment sleeves that each mate with the club head to modify loft and lie angles. Each adjustment sleeve can include a first portion having a respective longitudinal axis and configured to mate and coaxially align with a hosel of the golf club head, and a second portion having a respective longitudinal axis angularly offset from the longitudinal axis of the first portion and configured to mate and coaxially align with a golf club shaft. Each different adjustment sleeve can be configured to alter a position of the golf club head relative to a golf club shaft by a different adjustment value relative to each other. Fitting systems can also include a shaft sleeve that can join any of various different shafts with any of the adjustment sleeves. Fitting systems can also include additional club heads.

Embodiments of golf club heads, golf clubs, and methods to manufacture golf club heads and golf clubs are generally described herein. In one example, a golf club head includes a body portion with an interior cavity and a face portion attached to the body portion to enclose the interior cavity. The golf club head also includes a filler material in the interior cavity and attached to the back surface of the face portion. The golf club head also includes an internal mass portion in the interior cavity spaced apart from the body portion and attached to the filler material. The filler material may be located between the face portion and the internal mass portion. The internal mass portion may be movable in the interior cavity relative to the body portion and the face portion. Other examples and embodiments may be described and claimed.
Golf club heads and methods to manufacture golf club heads
Embodiments of golf club heads and methods to manufacture golf club heads are generally described herein. In one example, a golf club head includes a body portion having a front portion, a rear portion, a toe portion, a heel portion, a bottom portion, an interior cavity, and a top portion having an opening to the interior cavity. The golf club head also includes a crown portion attached to the top portion and covering the opening in the top portion and enclosing the interior cavity. The crown portion may include an inner composite layer defining an inner surface of the crown portion, an outer composite layer defining an outer surface of the crown portion, and an inner crown portion layer attached to the inner surface. The inner crown portion layer is configured to dampen vibration of the golf club head. Other examples and embodiments may be described and claimed.

Embodiments of golf club heads and methods to manufacture golf club heads are generally described herein. In one example, a golf club head includes a body portion having a front portion, a rear portion, a toe portion, a heel portion, a bottom portion, an interior cavity, and a top portion having an opening to the interior cavity. The golf club head also includes a crown portion attached to the top portion and covering the opening in the top portion and enclosing the interior cavity. The crown portion may include an inner composite layer defining an inner surface of the crown portion, an outer composite layer defining an outer surface of the crown portion, and an inner crown portion layer attached to the inner surface.
