An example apparatus may comprise: a manifold defining a gas flow channel that is configured to convey a gaseous substance from a gas inlet on a surface of the manifold; and at least one integrated flow regulating component comprising a filtering element that is configured to filter the gaseous substance, wherein the filtering element is disposed adjacent an orifice that leads to an interior channel of the integrated flow regulating component, and wherein the filtering element is disposed upstream with respect to the orifice.
