OPTOELECTRONIC SAFETY DEVICE AND METHOD FOR MONITORING A MOVEMENT OF A MACHINE
An optoelectronic safety device for monitoring a machine movement includes a detection device and a control device. The detection device includes a transmitter unit which transmits an optical signal having a sequence of signal pulses, each of which has a different pulse intensity, and a receiver unit which receives the optical signal. The control device includes an evaluation unit which evaluates the optical signal received by the receiver unit, a pulse selection index, and a pulse selection unit which changes the pulse selection index if the pulse intensity of one of the signal pulses is outside of an optimal intensity range. The control device enables the machine movement if an intensity of a received signal is within a permissible intensity range, and outputs a trigger pulse to stop the machine movement if the intensity of the received signal is outside of the permissible intensity range.
MULTI-CHAMBER-TYPE HEATER HAVING A DOOR MOVEMENT PART
A multi-chamber type heating unit to heat a blank includes: a lower housing unit; an intermediate housing unit installed in an upper portion of the lower housing unit; and an upper housing unit installed in an upper portion of the intermediate housing unit. A plurality of intermediate housings are stacked to form the intermediate housing unit, and a heating unit to heat a blank is installed in each of the intermediate housings. Moreover, the intermediate housings are formed in the shape in which upper and lower portions thereof are opened, and an opening is formed in the front for a door to be inserted thereinto, and door sealing units provided on the intermediate housing portion and provided to seal the door when the door is closed.
ARTICULATING HINGE ASSEMBLY FOR USE WITH A GAMING MACHINE CABINET
An electronic gaming machine that includes a cabinet, a display, and a hinge assembly coupled therebetween. The hinge assembly includes a first bracket coupled to the cabinet, a second bracket coupled to the display, a first link pair extending from the first bracket, and a second link pair extending from the first bracket. A third link pair is coupled to the first link pair, is coupled to the second link pair, and is coupled to the second bracket. A fourth link pair is extending from the second bracket, and is coupled to the second link pair. The link pairs are coupled to each other and to the brackets at pivot points. The hinge assembly is expandable and retractable between a retracted or expanded position, and is configured to swing the display from a lowered to a raised position as the hinge assembly is expanded.
APPARATUS, METHOD, AND ASSEMBLY FOR ATTENUATING VIBRATIONS BETWEEN A LATCH AND A STRIKER
A vibration-reducing apparatus for an assembly comprising a first member including a latch and a second member including a striker may include a threaded post having arm members extending outwardly therefrom, the threaded post being rotatably advanceable in discrete increments in a threaded opening extending through the first member such that, in a closed position of the first and second members, a distal portion of the threaded post extending through the first member contacts the second member upon rotational advancement of the threaded post in the threaded opening; and a locking region arranged to interact with at least a portion of the arm members, the rotational advancement of the threaded post in the threaded opening and contact with the second member reducing an engagement distance between the latch and the striker with the first and second members in the closed position, and attenuating vibrations between the latch and the striker.
ONE-WAY CLUTCH AND ONE-WAY CLUTCH-EQUIPPED ROTATING DAMPER DEVICE
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a one-way clutch and a one-way clutch-equipped rotating damper device with which it is possible to achieve size reduction. A pawl portion of a slide member comprises a withdrawal surface and an engaging surface. When a gear member rotates toward one side, as inner teeth and the withdrawal surface abut each other, the slide member slides in a sliding direction and the pawl portion is withdrawn from the inner teeth, whereby the gear member rotates independently of a rotor shaft. When the gear member rotates toward the other side as the inner teeth and the engaging surface abut each other, the inner teeth and the engaging surface become engaged, whereby the gear member and the rotor shaft rotate integrally.
MOUNTING POSITION ADJUSTMENT MECHANISM FOR ROTATING DOOR, APPARATUS WITH ROTATING DOOR, AND IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS
A mounting position adjustment mechanism for a rotating door that is mounted to be rotatable around a shaft includes a base member, a support member, an adjuster, and a fixing member. The base member is configured to be fixed to a door body of the rotating door. The support member is coupled to the base member at one end side of the shaft to be movable along a door surface of the rotation door in a direction orthogonal to the shaft. The adjuster is configured to adjust a position of the support member with respect to the base member in the direction orthogonal to the shaft. The fixing member is configured to fix the support member to the base member at two or more positions on the one end side of the shaft.
Protective cover for weighing instrument with suspended sliding door
Provided is a protective cover for a weighing instrument in which movement of a sliding door does not degrade over time. A protective cover (2) for a weighing instrument includes sliding doors (2L, 2R) defining a weighing chamber (5), an upper frame (11) formed at an upper edge of the sliding door, a lower frame (12) formed at a lower edge of the sliding door, an upper guide rail (17) disposed on the upper frame, and a lower guide rail (18) disposed under the lower frame, where the upper guide rail suspends the upper frame, and between the upper guide rail and the upper frame, balls (215) are disposed at a plurality of positions in a moving direction of the sliding door.
Angle-adjustable positioning and self-closing hinge for highly sealed door
Provided is an angle-adjustable positioning and self-closing hinge for a highly sealed door, comprising a hinge part, a fixing base, a fixing bar, a threaded sleeve, a threaded ring, a plug, and an adjustment socket; the hinge part is provided with a bushing and a leaf; the fixing base is provided with a bushing; the fixing bar has a screw; a threaded sleeve is fastened inside the bushing, the plug is fastened inside the bushing, and the threaded sleeve and plug are spaced apart; between the threaded sleeve and plug in the two bushings are disposed the fixing bar, the two magnets, two springs, and the adjustment base; the screw of the fixing bar is screwed to the threaded sleeve.
ROTATABLE DAMPERS WITH FREE ENDS
An example apparatus includes a first component including an abutment, a second component rotatable with respect to the first component, and a damper that includes a pivot end that is pivot connected to the second component and a free end that is free to abut the abutment of the first component. The damper is to dampen movement of the second component when the free end of the damper abuts the abutment of the first component.
