VEHICLE DUAL-SYSTEM COMPATIBLE CONTROL METHOD AND SYSTEM, STORAGE MEDIUM AND VEHICLE-MOUNTED TERMINAL
A vehicle dual-system compatible control method includes: building a first system and a second system respectively on two independent processors, the first system communicating with a display screen, an audio output unit and a touch screen; obtaining, by the first system, touch coordinates on the touch screen, and determining a type of an application currently being executed; sending, by the first system, a video signal to the display screen, and outputting an audio output signal to the audio output unit when an application in the first system is executed; sending, by the second system, a video signal to the display screen, outputting an audio output signal to the audio output unit through data interfaces of the first system, and obtaining touch coordinates of an application in the second system when the application in the second system is executed.
DEDICATED DIGITAL EXPERIENCE COMMUNICATION BUS
Techniques for communication between modules of a digital experience platform of a vehicle system are described. The vehicle system may be a ridesharing vehicle with a seat display module at each seat and an auxiliary display module that operates at a vehicle level. The seat display modules and the auxiliary display module communicate across a digital experience communication bus of the vehicle system. The seat display modules and the auxiliary display module change states based on conditions within the vehicle and convey system state updates across the communication bus to update a stored state of each display module vehicle-wide.
Light control systems, methods, devices, and uses thereof
Disclosed is a lighting control system that transmits lighting control signals digitally over a conductor which also provides power to the lights being controlled. The lighting control system includes a controller which transmits the control signals and one or more receivers that are associate with lights or other loads, the receivers receiving the digital signals from the controller and causing the lights or other loads to perform the actions required by the control signals.
DISPLAY METHOD, DISPLAY SYSTEM AND VEHICLE
A display method is implemented in a vehicle comprising multiple display devices. The multiple display devices comprise a master display device and at least one slave display device. The multiple display devices establish a communication network, by which the multiple display devices communicate with each other. The master display device sends cross screen display message to the at least one slave display device, and the cross screen display message comprises target device information and display information. The target device information identifies at least one target display device, and the display information comprises a storage path that stores display contents. The at least one target display device displays the display contents asynchronously.
VEHICLE BODYWORK DISPLAY SCREEN
A bodywork panel (13,28) for a vehicle such as a racing car (1,2) or a racing motor cycle (27) is fitted with one or more optically clear panels (16), which are profiled to follow the aerodynamic form of the bodywork panel (13,28). A flexible reflective display screen (17), for examples based on e-paper, is mounted to an inner face of each optically clear panel (16) such that an image on the display screen (17) is visible outside the vehicle through the optically clear panel (16). A paint finish on the bodywork panel (13,28) continues over a peripheral region of each optically clear panel (16), concealing a join between it and the bodywork panel (13,28). Images displayed on the display screens (17) via a display controller (25) can thus appear like painted graphics on the bodywork panel (13,28), except that they may be changed as desired. Thus, graphics on the vehicle, such as advertising and sponsorship logos, can be changed at will during a race. Leathers (30,40) worn by racing motor cyclists can be fitted with similar display screens (17) mounted behind optically clear flexible plastic panels (42) sewn to the leathers (30,40).
Device for a Seat, Seat and Vehicle Having such a Device, and Method for Playing Back Media Content
A device for a seat, includes: a docking unit that is designed for connection to a mobile terminal in order to allow a data transfer from the mobile terminal to at least one media unit; and a control unit that is designed to record at least one context parameter that specifies a current surroundings situation of the device; and to actuate at least one functional unit based on the at least one context parameter in order to adjust a setting of the at least one functional unit to the current surroundings situation such that a user is able to use the at least one media unit.
Transportation Information Display Device
A transportation information display device for a vehicle includes a GPS speedometer adapted for measuring a speed of the vehicle in response to a GPS data to generate a current speed of the vehicle, a display unit for displaying the current speed of the vehicle from the GPS speedometer; and a data transmission link operatively linking between the GPS speedometer and the display unit, wherein a distance between the GPS speedometer and the display unit is adjustable and extendable via the data transmission link, such that the display unit is selectively supported at a desired location for providing a visualization of the current speed of the vehicle into a visual field of a driver within the driver's line of sight without requiring the driver to remove said visual field away from the road.
MOBILE SENSOR APPARATUS FOR A HEAD-WORN VISUAL OUTPUT DEVICE USABLE IN A VEHICLE, AND METHOD FOR OPERATING A DISPLAY SYSTEM
A mobile sensor apparatus includes a capture device for capturing vehicle movements of the vehicle and an interface for transmitting data relating to the vehicle movements to a head-worn visual output device. A display system includes the mobile sensor apparatus and the head-worn visual output device.
