The first layer is a water blocking tape. The second layer is a buffer tube layer made of polyethylene material and foamed with master batch. The third layer is a water blocking tape. The fourth layer is a sheath made of polyethylene material. Moreover, the fourth layer has a plurality of strength members embedded inside the fourth layer.
