Method and apparatus for controlling database connection
The present application discloses a method and apparatus for controlling a database connection. A specific embodiment of the method comprises: receiving an access request for a database sent by a terminal; determining whether a database connection pool comprises an idle database connection for the database; reusing the idle database connection to connect the terminal with the database if the database connection pool comprises the idle database connection for the database; and establishing a new database connection, in order to connect the terminal with the database by utilizing the new database connection if the database connection pool comprises no idle database connections. This embodiment effectively utilizes fewer database connections to support database access requests.
CONTROLLING FAIR BANDWIDTH ALLOCATION EFFICIENTLY
Micro-schedulers control bandwidth allocation for clients, each client subscribing to a respective predefined portion of bandwidth of an outgoing communication link. A macro-scheduler controls the micro-schedulers, by allocating the respective subscribed portion of bandwidth associated with each respective client that is active, by a predefined first deadline, with residual bandwidth that is unused by the respective clients being shared proportionately among respective active clients by a predefined second deadline, while minimizing coordination among micro-schedulers by the macro-scheduler periodically adjusting respective bandwidth allocations to each micro-scheduler.

Method and Apparatus for Bearing Flexible Ethernet Service on Optical Transport Network
Embodiments of the present disclosure disclose a method and an apparatus for bearing a flexible Ethernet service on an optical transport network (OTN). The method includes extracting a flexible Ethernet service from a flexible Ethernet service layer; performing data division on the flexible Ethernet service to obtain at least two data queues, where each data queue carries a queue identifier; mapping each data queue into an OTN container, where the OTN container includes an optical channel data unit-k (ODUk) container or an optical channel data unit flexible container; and sending the OTN containers to an OTN. By using the embodiments of the present disclosure, bandwidth utilization can be improved, and network construction costs of an OTN can be reduced.
IN-VEHICLE RADIO FREQUENCY BAND MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND CONTROLLING METHOD THEREOF
A method of optimizing a frequency band by a vehicle controller includes, upon wirelessly connecting a new device to the vehicle controller, first determining frequency characteristic of the new device, second determining whether a frequency band is capable of being allocated to the new device in an available frequency band by using the determined frequency characteristic, and when the frequency band is not capable of being allocated to the new device as the second determination result, readjusting a bandwidth occupied by one or more pre-connected devices to ensure a band to be allocated to the new device.
