WASHING MACHINE, ELECTROLYTE FOR GENERATING ELECTROLYZED WATER, AND ELECTROLYZED WATER FOR RINSE
A washing machine of the present invention includes an electrolyzed water generating unit and a wash tub. The electrolyzed water generating unit includes an electrolytic solution supplying unit and an electrolysis unit including an electrolysis electrode pair. The electrolytic solution supplying unit is provided so as to supply an aqueous solution of an electrolyte for generating electrolyzed water to the electrolysis unit. The electrolyte for generating electrolyzed water contains an alkali metal chloride and a substance that makes an aqueous solution acidic. The electrolysis unit is provided so that the aqueous solution of the electrolyte for generating electrolyzed water is electrolyzed using the electrolysis electrode pair to generate an electrolyzed water. The electrolyzed water generating unit is provided so as to supply the electrolyzed water generated by the electrolysis unit to the wash tub. The electrolyzed water supplied to the wash tub by the electrolyzed water generating unit has a pH of more than 6.5 and less than 8.0.
Method of forming process film
A method of forming a process film includes the following operations. A substrate is transferred into a process chamber having an interior surface. A process film is formed over the substrate, and the process film is also formed on the interior surface of the process chamber. The substrate is transferred out of the process chamber. A non-process film is formed on the interior surface of the process chamber. In some embodiments, porosity of the process film is greater than a porosity of the non-process film.
NON-CORROSIVE PROCESS FOR CLEANING A RECYCLABLE MATERIAL
The invention relates to a non-corrosive process for cleaning a recyclable material comprising the following steps: (a) providing a contaminated recyclable material; (b) treating the contaminated recyclable material at a temperature in the range of from 45-30° C. with a solution that contains one or more polyols to remove contaminants from the contaminated recyclable material, wherein the one or more polyols is (are) present in an amount of at least 15 wt. %, based on the total weight of the solution, thereby forming a liquid 10 mixture which comprises one or more polyols, contaminants removed from the recyclable material, and treated recyclable material; (c) separating at a temperature in the range 10-55° C. at least part of the recyclable material as obtained in step (b) from the liquid mixture as obtained in step (b); (d) allowing at least part of the remaining liquid mixture as obtained in step (c) to phase-1 separate into a polyol phase and a phase which contains contaminants removed from the contaminated recyclable material; (e) recovering the polyol phase as obtained in step (d); (f) recovering the phase which contains contaminants removed from the recyclable material as obtained in step (d); and 20 (g) recovering the separated recyclable material as obtained in step (c).
Sprayable cleaning composition
The present invention relates to a sprayable cleaning composition. More specifically, the present invention relates to a sprayable cleaning composition including a surfactant system, a non-ionic surfactant and a specific glycol ether solvent, wherein the surfactant system and the glycol ether solvent are in a weight ratio of from 5:1 to 1:5. The composition is substantially non-irritating and/or non-stinging when sprayed from a spray dispenser.
MONITORING CLEANING OF SURFACES
A method for monitoring cleaning of a surface includes applying an amount of transparent indicator material to an area of a surface and measuring the amount of transparent indicator material remaining on the surface. The transparent indicator material may be fixed on the surface by drying and, when a fluorescent material, may be measured through exposure to ultraviolet radiation.

USES OF FLUORINATED EPOXIDES AND NOVEL MIXTURES THEREOF
This application relates to compositions comprising one or more partially fluorinated epoxides and/or one or more perfluorinated epoxides which may be useful in applications including refrigerants, air conditioning, heat transfer media, high-temperature heat pumps, organic Rankine cycles, fire extinguishing/fire suppression, propellants, foam blowing, solvents, dielectrics, and/or cleaning fluids.
Non-Enzymatic Removal Of Proteinaceous Soils
A composition suitable for cleaning cooked-, baked- and burnt-on soils, which has improved efficacy on proteinaceous soils. Detergent compositions having metal complexes with certain di- or oligoamine derivatives as ligands solve this problem.
