Livestock chute puller and a method of using the same
09540022 · 2017-01-10 · ·

A cart enabling a single person to pull a livestock chute across the ground. The cart includes a bar having a handle and wheels provided at opposing ends. The bar includes first and second members pivotally engaged together. A crossbar pivotally mounted on the bar includes first and second arms configured to engage handles on a lower front end of the chute. When the bar is in a collapsed position, where the first and second members are disposed at an angle to each other, the first and second arms are insertable into the chute handles. When the bar is moved to an erected position, where the first and second members are aligned along the same plane, a force is applied to a footrest on the bar. The arms lift the front end of the chute off the ground and the cart's wheels move under the front end of the chute.

Guard rail base and methods associated therewith

The top surface of an insert abuts with a form, with a tube extending into an aperture and sliding on a form post in the form. A rod inserted through the form, form post and tube holds the insert in place while castable material is poured in. The form is inverted with the guard rail base inside, the rod can be slid out of the form, and the form is removed. The handle is gripped by a claw on the obtuse angled chassis of a transporter. A handle on the chassis can be pushed to raise the guard rail base and to move the guard rail base on the surface by wheels. The guard rail base can be placed upon a pad having notches in its border.

A load transporter includes a wheel unit, a load support, and a hinge assembly comprising a left hinge unit, a right hinge unit, and a brace extending between and the left and right hinge units. The left hinge unit and the right hinge unit each include a wheel bracket coupled to the wheel unit and a support bracket coupled to the load support. Each wheel bracket is coupled to the respective support bracket for pivotable movement about a load-assist axis from an upright orientation, to a first-stage, laid back orientation, and for pivotable movement about a wheel axis defined by an axle of the wheel unit and spaced apart from the load-assist axis from the first-stage, laid-back orientation to a second-stage, laid-back orientation.

WHEELED HAND TRUCK FOR MOVING ITEMS
20250313246 · 2025-10-09 ·

A wheeled hand truck for transporting objects including an elongated handle and a pair of wheels connected by an axle with a bearing supported outer sleeve. Brackets connect the handle to the outer sleeve, a width extending support extending between the brackets. A forward facing support secures to the handle and, upon rotation, is adapted to engage a rear edge of the object. A forwardly extending arm is pivotally supported upon a crosswise support, with a head portion mounted to a distal end of the arm to engage a forward edge of the object. Forward pivoting of the handle causes the head portion to displace beyond a forward edge of the object, with subsequent rearward pivoting causing the head portion to engage the object, with continued backwards tilting of the handle lifting the object for transport.
