A tactical transport cart manually navigable by a single human operator over both topographic and hydrographic terrains has a frame, a payload-supporting area on the frame, a pair of wheels or other terrain-engaging transport propulsion members attached to the frame, a handle structure attached to the frame, at least one motor connected in driving relation to the transport propulsion members, a battery for providing motive power to the motor, and a control device connected between the battery and the motor for controlling supply of motive power to the motor, with a switch device mounted on the handle structure for selective actuation and deactuation of the motor. The frame, transport propulsion members and handle structure are cooperatively dimensioned and configured for movement of the cart over ground surfaces of topographic terrains and for partially and fully submerged movement over water-covered surfaces of hydrographic terrains.

A motorized apparatus is provided to lift, tilt and transport heavy tank-like objects such as water heaters. Structurally, the apparatus includes a hitching assembly which can be engaged with an elongated tank to hold it on the apparatus. A guide rail, which is mounted for rotation around a pivot point on a chassis of the apparatus, is also engaged with the hitching assembly. A transportable carton assembly is disclosed that includes a carton defining a bottom rear corner edge portion having a pair of longitudinally spaced apart apertures formed therein, and an elongated shield retained within the bottom rear corner edge portion of the carton and including a pair of longitudinally spaced apart wheels positioned to extend through the longitudinally spaced apart apertures formed in the bottom rear corner edge portion of the carton for transporting the carton over a surface.

A transportable carton assembly is disclosed that includes a carton defining a bottom rear corner edge portion having a pair of longitudinally spaced apart apertures formed therein, and an elongated shield retained within the bottom rear corner edge portion of the carton and including a pair of longitudinally spaced apart wheels positioned to extend through the longitudinally spaced apart apertures formed in the bottom rear corner edge portion of the carton for transporting the carton over a surface.

A soft sided container with a wheel assembly securable to the sidewalls of the container. The wheel assembly is formed from a cage bearing rotatably coupled to a hub. The hub, formed integral with a base plate, engages an internally positioned mounting plate, eliminating the need for a cross axle. The use of a large hub limits rotation to an outer circumference of the wheel assembly.

A modular tool storage assembly for organizing and transporting tools includes a case and a lid that is hingedly coupled to the case for opening and closing the case. A pair of support rails is each positionable in the case having each of the support rails being spaced apart from each other. A plurality of storage units is provided and each of the storage units has a plurality of elastic compartments attached thereto. Each of the elastic storage compartments on each of the storage units can store a respective tool. A selected number of the storage units are positionable to releasably engage the support rails having the selected number of storage units being vertically oriented in the case. In this way the storage units and the case can both organize and transport the tools.
