The cart can alternatively receive one of the first container or first vessel in the first receiving area and one of the second container or second vessel in the second receiving area. A combination mixer and dispenser is releasably secured to the frame and releasably fluidly coupled to the first and second containers and first and second vessels.

The lower actuator portion has a disk portion with at least one cam portion. The disk portion is rotatable upon rotation of the handle by a user. Rotation of the cam portion selectively releases the latch assembly securing the lid to the body portion.
