A golf club rack for transport and organization of golf clubs, via securement of the golf club rack to a cart, is provided, that includes lower and upper tubular horizontal members, end braces for each, and tubular vertical members extending between the end braces, the lower tubular horizontal members also including a plurality of sockets with openings for insertion of a golf club handle, and a platform attached to the upper tubular horizontal member and including clips for securing a golf club thereto, whereby respective golf clubs inserted into a respective socket opening, and extending toward the upper tubular horizontal member are securable to a respective clip.

The multi functional tool includes a rectangular body having a proximal end, a tapered distal end being opposite said proximal end, the rectangular body having an arcuate cross-section along its entire length. The invention includes a deburring surface for repairing golf ball scratches, a pair of tines for divot repair and to clean golf club face grooves, and areas for marketing indicia. The shape and configuration of the invention also permits it to be used as a shoe horn.

GOLF CLUB CARRIER
The present invention relates to a carrier for golf clubs that can be transformed into a substantially flat arrangement when not in use. The golf club carrier comprises at least one modular unit, wherein the modular unit comprises: (i) a support structure configured to be movable between a substantially flat position and a rolled position; (ii) a plurality of carrier members attached to the support structure in a spaced apart configuration, each carrier member comprising a closed bottom portion and an open top portion, wherein said open top portion can receive a golf club shaft; and (iii) a first fastening means attached to the support structure for releasably fastening to a support structure of a further modular unit or for releasably fastening to a cover structure which is configured to wrap around the support structure of the modular unit when the support structure is in a rolled position.
