Safety system for motor vehicles having power take off drive
A safety system for a motor vehicle equipped with a power take-off (PTO) drive assembly includes an electrical circuit coupled to a hazard warning system of the motor vehicle. The hazard warning system includes at least one flasher lamp electrically powered by a battery of the motor vehicle and a control switch for activating and deactivating the at least one flasher lamp. The electrical circuit includes an electrical relay coupled to the actuating or control element in which the electrical relay is triggered only when the flasher lamp(s) are energized. In one version, the control or actuating element is an air solenoid operatively coupled to the electrical relay and further disposed relative to an air line between the cab control and an air shifter of the PTO drive assembly.

Telescopic lighting structure
A telescopic lighting structure includes a telescopic rod composed of a rod body and a detachable terminal rod. The terminal rod has a light-emitting module and a power switch. The light-emitting module and the power switch do not protrude beyond the surface of the terminal rod, thus the terminal rod can be completely retracted into the rod body, making it easy to store and protect the light-emitting module. A power supply assembly is provided inside the terminal rod. The power supply assembly controls the connection with the light-emitting module through the power switch. Through this structural design in which the power supply assembly, the light-emitting module and the power switch are arranged on the terminal rod, the telescopic rod can be stretched so that the light-emitting module has a higher lighting height. Further, the terminal rod can be removed to provide illumination alone, thereby increasing the scope of application.
Vehicle projection device, control method therefor, and vehicle lamp
A lighting timing or lighting mode of a projection unit requires improvement in relation to lighting of a turn lamp. A vehicle lamp includes: a projection unit that includes a light source and projects a predetermined image onto a road surface based on lighting of the light source; and a lighting control unit that controls the light source. The lighting control unit controls the light source such that a required time period from a first time point at which the light source starts lighting in response to an input of a turn signal or a hazard signal to a second time point at which the light source reaches a target light intensity ends later than a third time point at which a turn lamp or a hazard lamp is lit at a target light intensity thereof in response to the input of the turn signal or the hazard signal.
Warning lights using dominantly visible violet light to induce fluorescence in photoluminescent materials
A warning light having light sources for emitting light of different colors via at least a lens, where one of the colors is violet and other of the colors is non-violet along a spectrum of visible illumination. A controller selectably activates the light source(s) emitting non-violet light to provide visible warning signals, and the light source(s) emitting violet light to provide fluorescent inducing signals dominantly along the spectrum of visible illumination which causes any object or surface having phosphors to fluoresce in order to enhance their visibility in low or zero ambient light environments. The lens and/or optional filter, or coating along the lens, filters or blocks ultraviolet light to shift the peak wavelength of violet light source(s) so that fluorescent inducing signals are dominantly or more dominantly of higher wavelengths along the spectrum of visible violet illumination to human eyes. Single and dual warning light housings embodiments are provided.
