The wheel guard may comprise: a front plate to be positioned adjacent to the steer wheel; an axle support coupled to and extending transverse to the front plate and comprising an axle aperture through which the vehicle axle is to be extended, the wheel guard to be rotatable about the axle; and a stop coupled to at least one of the front plate or the axle support to limit rotational movement of the wheel guard about the axle.

A first roller assembly is coupled to an inner surface of the first side member and a second roller assembly coupled to an inner surface of the second side member. Each of the first roller assembly and the second roller assembly include a roller assembly frame and a plurality of wheels rotatably coupled to the roller assembly frame. The roller assembly frame supports the plurality of wheels at a slant that declines from a rear of the tugger frame to a front of the tugger frame. An actuator is configured to raise and lower the first roller assembly and the second roller assembly relative to the first side member and the second side member respectively.

In the first use position two support arms extend forwardly from the frame and in the second use position a substantially planar platform extends forwardly from the frame. The rack is adjustably positionable along the length of the frame. In embodiments, the support arms are positionable to vary the width therebetween. In other embodiments, a pivoting mechanism allows the rack to be readily positioned between the first and second use positions.

Lifting device for pallet goods for loading and unloading of a transport pallet such as a standard pallet, for example a euro pallet. The lifting device comprises a support frame, a tine assembly liftable mounted to the support frame of at least two, preferably four, tines having a parallel direction of extension for lifting and receiving the transport goods from the transport pallet and/or for depositing the transport goods onto the transport pallet. A tine spacing of two tines is adapted to a gap spacing of two longitudinal gaps and at least two tines are form-fitted with regard to the at least two longitudinal gaps such that they can access the longitudinal gaps in the longitudinal direction.

Tugger and rider cart assembly

According to some embodiments, an improved tugger and rider cart assembly system is presented. The system comprising a tugger cart with a central space to receive a rider cart; the tugger cart having both front side and rear side pluralities of transport wheels approximately parallel to, but not touching, ground; a front side and a rear side loading wheel positioned closer to the ground than the transport wheels; a rider cart having a first wing and a second wing, both wings having a curved portion; and wherein the loading wheels and wing curved portions can be operatively connected to allow a user to move the rider cart onto the tugger cart thereby allowing the tugger cart to transport the rider cart.

A power-assisted steering mechanism of an electric pallet truck includes an operating mechanism, a power assistor assembly, a driving mechanism and a mounting bracket. A handle and a handle seat of the operating mechanism are connected. The power assistor assembly includes a power assist mechanism and a controller. The power assist mechanism is electrically connected to the controller. An input shaft at an upper end of the power assist mechanism is drivably connected to a lower end of the handle seat. The mounting bracket includes a mounting plate and a mounting seat. An outer casing of the power assist mechanism is fixedly connected to the mounting plate. The driving mechanism includes a drive connecting shaft, a reduction gearbox, a driving wheel and a driving motor.
