The first carrying device is wider than the second carrying device. The first carrying device has a first fixing means each arranged in the rear area of the carrying device and on both sides. A handle device for moving the carrying device is fixed to each first fixing means. The second carrying device has a second fixing means each arranged in the rear area of the carrying device and on both sides. Each handle device is additionally fixed to the nearest of the two second fixing means. Between the two handle devices an interspace is formed, which is used by the second carrying device of a rear transporting device when the latter is pushed into a transporting device located in front.

The invention relates to a push handle unit having at least one transverse strut and having two end pieces which in the assembled state are arranged at the ends of the transverse strut and have a device for fastening to a manually movable transport trolley, wherein the push handle unit has a free-standing, projecting gripping unit on each of the two end pieces. The gripping unit consists in each case at least of a gripping unit receptacle and of a gripping unit insert, and a gripping unit is formed on each end piece. The invention further relates to a manually movable transport trolley having such a push handle unit.

Trolley baseplate and trolley using the same

Disclosed is a trolley baseplate including a plate body having a head end and a tail end, a first locking mechanism on the plate body adjacent to the head end and a second locking mechanism on the plate body adjacent to the tail end. The second locking mechanism is placed corresponding to the first locking mechanism and the structures of the two locking mechanism are fitting. When front and back trolleys are concatenated, the tail end of the front trolley and the head end of the back trolley can be locked to each other by means of the first locking mechanism and the second locking mechanism. The trolleys with the above structures can be concatenated more conveniently, and are not liable to overturn upon sudden braking or turning, which can effectively shorten the time for the staff to fasten two trolleys together.

A holder accessory for a handlebar of a shopping cart is provided that includes a platform and two securing members that are attachable around and aligned with a horizontal cart push bar portion and a cart transverse portion of the shopping cart handlebar. The transverse securing member provides cantilevered support for the platform, while the push bar securing member is angularly offset from and generally oriented perpendicularly from the push bar securing member to provide support against lateral forces. A stem extends from the underside of the platform to the transverse securing member to hold the platform at a suitable angle for use. Optionally, but preferably, the platform includes a lower ledge upon which a mobile phone, paper, or pen may be rested and an upper retention member to temporarily hold or fasten paper to the platform.

In some embodiments, a cart frame having cart wheels coupled to the cart frame is provided. A slide mechanism is slidably cooperated with the cart frame. A weight-bearing platform is secured with the slide mechanism and sliding between stowed and deployed positions such that the weight-bearing platform is moved away from a rear portion of the cart frame when the slide mechanism is in the deployed position. A restricting element is positioned near a front cart wheel and restricts the rotation thereof when the slide mechanism is in the deployed position. A support element is affixed to the weight-bearing platform. An elevating element is secured to the slide mechanism and configured to elevate the cart frame when the threshold amount of pressure is applied upon the weight-bearing platform.

The mobility platform comprises a platform having an upper surface, a lower surface, a front edge, a rear edge, a primary side and a secondary side. A connector is secured to the platform. The lower surface of the platform abuts the cart handle and the connector engages the cart handle for defining a platform lock and terminating displacement of the platform relative to the shopping cart. A deformable layer is coupled to the upper surface of the platform for cushioning contact between the platform and the individual. The deformable layer engages the individual for defining a cart crutch. The cart crutch assists the individual by transferring weight of the individual to the cart and improving the balance of the individual while in contact with the deformable layer.

A retractable tray is configured to be mounted on the wall of the basket of a shopping cart and includes a tray member that is moveable between a retracted position, where the tray member is located adjacent the wall of the basket, and an extended position, where the tray extends horizontally from the wall into the basket to form a shelf for supporting produce or other goods above the bottom of the basket. The retractable tray may be configured and dimensioned so as to not interfere with nesting of the cart in either the extended or retracted position.

A user may decide to unfold or retract the storage unit as necessary to properly place the articles being carried.

A cart includes a chassis and attached wheels; an upper basket attached to the chassis; and a lower basket attached to the chassis. In some embodiments, the cart includes no widthwise push bar in a rear of the cart such that access is unobstructed to the upper and lower baskets from the rear of the cart by a person. In some embodiments, the chassis defines on each lateral side of the cart a pair of vertically spaced handles, each handle surrounding and defining an opening. The handles preferably include handle bars shaped in an oval. On each cart side a curved elongate member extends between and connects the handles, and the curved elongate members represent the rearmost part of the cart. The rear area of the upper basket defines a seat for an infant, and a rear ledge of the lower basket defines a seat for a toddler.
