MOTORIZED WHEELBARROW
A wheelbarrow with an electric motor built into the wheel helps the user to push and brake the wheelbarrow. A sensor is installed on the handle support, which detects the position of the hand in the axial direction. A button is mounted on the handle support next to the handle. There is an acceleration sensor and a gyroscope on the wheelbarrow. Based on the axial movement of the hand, the wheelbarrow controller calculates the pushing or pulling force of the arms on the handles. The operation of the electric motor is controlled by the wheelbarrow controller via the motor controller, based on the information received from the motor controller, the detected sensor values and the switch status. As a result, the force of the electric motor can be used effectively for an additional drive or braking, so that the required push force of the arms can be reduced. When braking, the motor acts as a generator and charges the battery. Two batteries are placed in the supported legs of the wheelbarrow, which contributes to the weight balance of the wheelbarrow and allows good cooling of the batteries. The construction of the frame provides battery protection and is adapted to transportation on a towing hitch of a passenger car.
Cargo dolly with synchronous steering and accessible surface castors and method of manufacture
A transportation dolly can have a frame, two axles pivotally coupled with the frame, each axle having two distal ends and a wheel assembly coupled at each distal end and a synchronous steering system. The synchronous steering system can include an intermediate link pivotally coupled with the frame, the intermediate link having a two distal ends, and a first push-pull rod coupling one of the two axles with the intermediate link, and a second push-pull rod coupling the other of the two axles with the intermediate link. The first push-pull rod is coupled to one distal end of the intermediate link and the second push-pull rod is coupled to the opposing distal end of the intermediate link. The first push-pull rod, the second push-pull rod, and the intermediate link provide counter phase synchronous pivoting of the two axles relative to the transportation dolly.
Adjustable beach transport wagon
A wagon for transporting beach articles and elongated water sport boards has a bed with a peripheral frame with two cross tubes beneath a bottom wall. The frame is carried on front and rear wheel assemblies. Front and rear walls are mounted to the frame, and side walls are adjustably positioned with respect to the frame. Each side wall has two tubular extensible support members which telescope within the frame cross members. When a side wall is positioned outwardly, the extensible support members are positioned to receive a water sport board thereon, such that it extends through front and rear slots defined between the front and rear walls and the extended side wall. A latch is associated with each side wall and actuatable to alternatively secure or release the wall. The latch may be a clamp with an elastomeric plug expandable from an extensible support member withing a cross member.
TUGGER CART ASSEMBLY
A tugger cart includes a tugger frame having a first side member, a second side member, and a locking member disposed in between the first side member and the second side member. A first roller assembly is coupled to an inner surface of the first side member and a second roller assembly coupled to an inner surface of the second side member. Each of the first roller assembly and the second roller assembly include a roller assembly frame and a plurality of wheels rotatably coupled to the roller assembly frame. The roller assembly frame supports the plurality of wheels at a slant that declines from a rear of the tugger frame to a front of the tugger frame. An actuator is configured to raise and lower the first roller assembly and the second roller assembly relative to the first side member and the second side member respectively.
Folding Dolly System And Methods For Assembling And Utilizing A Dolly System
A folding dolly system, a base unit of a folding dolly system, and methods of forming and using a folding dolly system are presented. A folding dolly system comprises a plurality of interconnectable base units connected to form a substantially planar holding surface, each base unit comprising a first edge with a number of knuckles configured to form a joint, a second edge with a number of knuckles configured to form a joint, and a surface forming a portion of the holding surface.
