Removal/Installation Apparatus for Boat Capture System
An apparatus for removing and/or installing a side guide of a trailer-mounted boat capture system for guiding a boat onto the trailer, the apparatus comprising: an outboard post pivotally attached to an upper support rail of the side guide; two inboard posts, each pivotally attached to the side guide proximal to where the side guide is attached to the trailer via first pins, wherein each inboard post includes a manual leveling jack; an attachment point on the side guide suitable for attaching a winch cable from a boat held in the boat capture system; and second pins attaching the side guide to the trailer such that when the first pins are removed the side guide is free to pivot around the second pins from an upright position towards a support surface.
Unmanned Underwater Vehicle Transport Cart
An unmanned underwater vehicle (UUV) transport cart comprising: a wheeled frame including vertical posts, a front end, and a rear end; a UUV cradle adjustably clamped to the vertical posts such that the UUV cradle is vertically adjustable with respect to the frame; a U-shaped handle pivotally attached to the front end of the frame such that the U-shaped handle pivots up and down around a first axis, wherein the U-shaped handle includes a handle spring that acts between the U-shaped handle and the frame so as to bias the U-shaped handle toward an upward orientation; side handles pivotally attached to the UUV cradle such that the side handles pivot up and down around side axes that are perpendicular to the first axis; and a hand brake affixed to the U-shaped handle and configured to provide active brake control of the wheeled frame.
HAND TRUCKS
A hand truck having improvements made to simplify and make more ergonomically use of a hand truck by an operator. The hand truck provided having adjustable handles and a bottom portion having adjustable stair climbers with improved feature and an improved wheel and brake assembly have an axle-less wheel assembly and an improved caliper mounting system. These features are discussed in detail in the forgoing.
WHEEL STRUCTURE AND PUSHCART HAVING THE SAME
A wheel structure that makes braking easy and prevents sudden stops, and a pushcart having the wheel structure are provided. The wheel structure includes a rotor that is rotatable about an axle and is stopped from rotating by a brake member, a wheel that is coaxial with the rotor and is rotatable about the rotor, and a relative-rotation resisting member that is disposed between the rotor and wheel and produces resistance force resisting the relative rotation of the rotor and wheel.
ELECTRIC PUSH CART
An electric push cart includes a motor; a drive wheel that is rotationally driven by the motor; a cart frame that rotatably supports the drive wheel and includes left and right handles for a user to hold; a controller that drives the motor and issues a warning. The controller issues a warning when a motor-stop condition is fulfilled as a result of an increase in load on the motor when driving the motor and stops the drive of the motor after a given time has elapsed.
Electric handcart
An electric handcart, comprising: a main body (1), a power supply device (9) mounted on the main body (1), a power device, and a control device. The power supply device (9) and the control device are separately connected to the power device.
AUTOMATIC BRAKING SYSTEM FOR A WALKER AND RELATED WALKERS AND METHODS
A walker is disclosed. The walker includes a frame, a wheel, a brake selectively positionable in an engaged state, in which the brake resists wheel rotation, or a disengaged state, in which the brake does not resist wheel rotation, a brake actuator configured to place the brake in the engaged state or the disengaged state, a handle, a hand-position sensor configured to provide a first signal responsive to the handle being grasped in a walking grasp and to provide a second signal responsive to the handle being grasped in a standing/sitting grasp, and a processor configured to cause the brake actuator to place the brake in the disengaged state based at least in part on the first signal and to cause the brake actuator to place the brake in the engaged state based at least in part on the second signal. Related devices, systems, and methods are also disclosed.
Cart monitoring system capable of authorizing cart exit events
A system for monitoring shopping carts or other human-propelled carts includes wireless access points that communicate on a wireless network with wheel assemblies of the carts. The system is capable of monitoring a path followed by a cart in a store or building, and using the path (optionally together with other criteria) to determine whether to authorize the cart to exit. For example, if a shopping cart fails to pass through a checkout lane of a store, the system may perform an action that blocks or inhibits the shipping cart from exiting the store.
CHILD MEDICAL TRANSPORT APPARATUS, ASSEMBLY AND METHOD THEREOF
An assembly of a first and second child transport apparatus is disclosed. Each apparatus may include: a frame having a frame base, at least one wheel, and a handle; at least one brake and a brake rod, wherein the brake rod is attached to the frame, and wherein the at least one brake actionable upon the wheel when the brake rod is actuated; a carriage pivotably attached to the frame; and a foldable backrest pivotably attached to a base of the carriage, wherein, in a nested position, the foldable backrest of the first apparatus is folded down and the carriage of the second apparatus is positioned partially within the carriage of the first apparatus such that the carriage of the second apparatus is disposed partially over the foldable backrest of the first apparatus; and the brake rod of the first apparatus is released by the handle of the second apparatus.
Snap-hook with dual-direction loop spring latch
A snap-hook comprising: a hook-shaped body having a throat opening and a shank end, wherein the hook-shaped body includes a primary aperture located at the shank end suitable for attaching a primary line and a secondary aperture located approximately opposite the throat opening suitable for attaching a secondary line; and a dual-direction latch pivotally attached to the hook-shaped body such that the dual-direction latch spans the throat opening when in a neutral position and is capable of pivoting into and out of the throat of the hook-shaped body, wherein the dual-direction latch comprises a bent wire having two free ends, each end inserted in a different hole of two holes in the hook-shaped body that are non-axially-aligned resulting in a spring force that biases the dual-direction latch toward the neutral position and resists pivotal movement of the dual-direction latch both into and out of the throat.
