The brake mechanism is affected by moving the second end. The plurality of handle members include an engaged configuration and a disengaged configuration.

The trolley apparatus further includes a pivotable member connected to the frame, at least one wheel located at each corner of the base, a brake mechanism and a wheel brake apparatus, at least one handle member, an elongate member that connects the at least one handle members to the brake mechanism, and arranged in operative communication with the wheel brake apparatus and arranged to actuate the wheel brake apparatus such that actuation of any one of the at least one handle members decouples the brake mechanism. The elongate member is arranged to rotate and actuation of the at least one handle member rotates the elongate member. The elongate member is biased to the braked configuration.

A cart assembly that is designed to hold and transport one or more ball hoppers. The ball hoppers have baskets that are supported by legs. The baskets are configured to hold some type of ball, such as a tennis ball or a golf ball. The cart assembly can transport the ball hoppers as they are standing on legs. The cart assembly has a platform that is supported by wheels. The wheels provide the platform with the ability to roll. Receptacles are present on the platform. The receptacles are sized, shaped and positioned to receive the legs of a ball hopper when the ball hopper is placed on the platform. Once a ball hopper is attached to the platform, the ball hopper becomes part of the cart assembly and can roll with the cart assembly from point to point.

Foldable utility cart

A foldable utility cart is lightweight and easily conveyed up and down a wind turbine for transporting parts and tools used for repair and maintenance of a wind turbine. A set of wheels allow the cart to be easily rolled along the nacelle and an attachment bar secures the cart to a guidance rail.
