Collapsible multi-purpose containers
Collapsible indoor and outdoor containers having a collapsible wall section with shape-retaining characteristics are disclosed. In particular, collapsible coolers, fish bins, and wheeled vertical bins are provided. The collapsible wall section may include foldable tiers of a flexible material, each tier having at least one stable, relatively expanded position and at least one stable, relatively collapsed position; and an intervening, non-folding tier composed of a different, relatively stiff or rigid material. The coolers, fish bins, and wheeled vertical bins are each advantageously provided with a collapsible insert container that nests within and collapses together with a shell of the respective container, the respective wall folds of the shell and insert meshing together to result in a combined collapsed vertical dimension as small or nearly as small as that of the collapsed shell alone.
Pair of Grips For Tippable Apparatus
A pair of grips (2) for tippable apparatus (4) comprising at least one wheel (6), a body portion (8) for receiving a load (10), and a pair of handles (12) by which the tippable apparatus (4) is able to be pushed and tipped about the wheel (6), and the pair of grips (2) being such that each grip (2) comprises: (i) a connecting portion (14) for connecting to one of the handles; (ii) a hand grip portion (16); (iii) at least one guide slot (18) in the hand grip portion (16); and (iv) at least one slide portion (20) which extends from the connecting portion (14) and into the guide slot (18), and the grip (2) being such that: (v) the guide slot (18) is curved, and (vi) the slide portion (20) is retained in the guide slot (18) and is slideable backwards and forwards in the guide slot (18) in order to allow the tipping of the tippable apparatus (4) about the wheel (6) and without a person having to change their hand position on the grip (2).
SYSTEM FOR STEERING CARTS BY MEANS OF A PIVOTING HANDLEBAR
The present invention applies to carts (1) in which the driver is not carried on, and which have a single forward direction (FWD) and a single center of rotation at standstill (RCV0), and discloses a pivoting handlebar (12) at the rear of the cart (1) which can move freely to both sides, preventing the driver from having to move laterally during turns.
Discloses also an articulated vehicle (0) comprising a combination of a cart (1) provided with a pivoting handlebar (12) and a rear driven element (20) carrying the driver; and both main elements are connected by means of an articulated structure (21) which is hinged around the cart (1). The pivoting handlebar (12) improves maneuverability and stability, since it prevents the driver from seeking lateral support on the handlebar, eliminating the vehicle's oversteering effect (0) that such support would entail.
MULTI-TERRAIN MULTI-PURPOSE CONTAINER
Embodiments relate to a multi-purpose insulated container. The container is comprised of a plurality of walls forming an enclosure. A lid is in communication with the body and is operable so as to enclose the container. A first wall is oppositely disposed from a second wall and the height of the first wall is greater than the height of the second wall. A base is provided and a third wall extends from the base to the second wall. Pins are positioned at one or more discrete locations on the first and/or second walls.
Interlocking base for mobile stand for use with intravenous delivery of medications
A base having legs supported on wheels. A second leg may be positioned between first and third legs and the first leg may be positioned between the second leg and a fourth leg. A first gap is positioned between the second and third legs, and a second gap is positioned between the fourth and first legs. The first and second gaps are configured to at least partially receive a user's first and second feet, respectively. A keyway with a bridge may be defined between the first and second legs. A key that may be formed in a fifth leg is removably receivable inside a like keyway of a like base to thereby interlock the bases together so that they are moveable as a unit. An end portion of the key is positionable underneath a like bridge of the like keyway such that the like bridge limits upward movement of the key.
CRANE FOR LIFTING AND TRANSPORTING LOADS, EQUIPPED WITH A DRIVE SYSTEM
A crane for lifting and transporting loads includes a handling element, for supporting and handling the loads, and a chassis for transferring the loads of the crane onto a support surface by a contact arranged in contact with the surface, such as wheels. A drive transmission, such as a drive wheel, moves the crane on the support surface. The drive transmission is capable of translating relative to the chassis to adjust the force exerted by the drive transmission upon the support surface. The crane includes a sensor for detecting the force exerted by the drive transmission upon the support surface; and a control unit configured for adjusting the position of the drive transmission relative to the chassis, based on the detection of the sensor.
ROTATING HANDLE DYNAMIC BRAKE
A child transport carrier includes a handle bar and a rotatable brake actuator disposed around the handle bar. The rotatable brake actuator includes a first portion having a first radius of curvature and a second portion having a second radius of curvature. The first radius of curvature is less than the second radius of curvature. Rotating the rotatable brake actuator around the handle bar activates a first wheel brake.
Vehicular mobile storage cart
A vehicular mobile storage cart, for a car having a hitch (21, 22), the cart comprising: a hitch gripping mechanism (30), connectable to the car hitch (21, 22); a lifting mechanism (40), connectable to the hitch gripping mechanism (30); and a wheel cart (10), connectable to the lifting mechanism; wherein the lifting mechanism being adapted to diminish its dimensions in a folded state thereof to allow opening a back door of a vehicle thereof when being folded.
Rotating handle dynamic brake
A child transport carrier includes a handle bar and a rotatable brake actuator disposed along a lengthwise axis of the handle bar. A first cable having a first end and a second end is coupled to the rotatable brake actuator. A first wheel brake of a first wheel is coupled to the first end of the first cable. Rotating the rotatable brake actuator around the lengthwise axis of the handle bar activates the first wheel brake.
Multi-terrain multi-purpose insulated container
Embodiments relate to a multi-purpose insulated container. The container is comprised of a plurality of walls forming an enclosure. A lid is in communication with the body and is operable so as to enclose the container. A first wall is oppositely disposed from a second wall and the height of the first wall is greater than the height of the second wall. A base is provided and a third wall extends from the base to the second wall; the third wall having a gradient with respect to the base due to the height differential between the first wall and the second wall. A first wheel is positioned adjacent to the first side wall and a second wheel is positioned adjacent to the second side wall; the two wheels sharing an axis of rotation.
