A golf bag includes a collapsible sub-assembly including a divider top and a base, a plurality of first snap-fit connectors provided around a portion of an outer perimeter of the divider top, and a flat having a divider top end opposite a base end, an interior side, and an exterior side. The flat includes a plurality of second snap-fit connectors provided along a portion of the divider top end. The flat attaches to the sub-assembly by mating snap-fit engagement of the plurality of first snap-fit connectors around the divider top with the plurality of second snap-fit connectors along the divider top end.

A device for setting a golf ball and tee. The device includes an upper handle portion connected to a lower gripper portion by an elongated tubular stem portion, the upper handle portion including a pivotal trigger member. The lower gripper portion includes a pair of jaw members pivotal about a pin member. A cable member is located within the elongated tubular stem portion and communicates the pin and trigger members, allowing the normally open jaw members to be brought together to hold a golf ball and tee upon activation of the trigger member. A stand member is attached to the elongated tubular stem portion adjacent its lower end, and includes a spike member extending downwardly therefrom. A golf ball stop member configured to prevent contact between a golf ball and the upper portions of the jaw members extends between the jaw members.

A pocket for a golf bag includes a main body defining a storage compartment. The pocket includes a first attachment mechanism movable between an attached state attaching the main body to a first attachment location of the golf bag and a detached state allowing the main body to be separated from the first attachment location. The pocket also includes a second attachment mechanism movable between an attached state attaching the main body to a second attachment location of the golf bag and a detached state allowing the main body to be separated from the second attachment location. The pocket includes a carry mechanism operable to allow the main body to be carried separately from the golf bag when the first attachment mechanism is in the detached state and the second attachment mechanisms is in the detached state.

Golf bag strap systems and methods to manufacture the same are generally described herein. In one example, a strap system may include a strap connector having a body portion. A first strap arm portion may extend from the body portion and may have a first channel extending through the body portion and configured to receive a first strap. A second strap arm portion may extend from the body portion and may have a second channel extending through the body portion and configured to receive a second strap. The first and second channels may be at least partially separate from each other. The first and second straps may freely move relative to each other without contacting each other inside the strap connector. Other examples may be described and claimed.

A golf bag having a shoulder strap assembly including a two strap system that can be converted to a single strap system is provided. In the two strap system, Strap A is fitted over one shoulder and Strap B is fitted over the other shoulder. To convert from a double strap configuration to a single strap configuration, Strap A is detached and slipped over the head area and coupled to Strap B. This results in a single strap comprising both Straps A and B. The combined Straps A and B are joined together by a suitable fastening means. For example, complementary male and female members that interlock with each other on the straps can be used. The shoulder strap assembly is durable, lightweight, easy to use, and comfortable.

The golf bag further comprises a top hinge coupled to the first end of the main stay. A base hinge can be coupled to the second end of the main stay, wherein the main stay can be hingedly connected to the divider top by the top hinge, and the stay can be hingedly connected to the base by the base hinge.
