The bearing portion has at least two foldable portions forming a first portion close to the first side portion and a second portion far from the first side portion. The adjusting strap is tensioned by the seat assembly and the first side portion when in the sitting state. The second portion is moved to form a seat portion during rotation to the sitting state, and the first portion is supported by the adjusting strap to form a backrest portion.
