<i>Coleus </i>plant named ‘UF19-42-14’
A new and distinct cultivar of Coleus (Coleus scutellarioides) plant named ‘UF19-42-14’, selected for having a combination of desirable traits that make it well-suited for good performance as an annual plant in the summer landscape. ‘UF19-42-14’ has contrasting yellow green leaf color with prominent dark purplish red veins, and excellent overall plant vigor in all trials. ‘UF19-42-14’ maintains its foliage late into the Fall season until frost. It has a very stable leaf color in both sun and shade and was well-branched and vigorous in all locations trialed. Due to its striking color combination and vigorous upright and spreading habit, this plant will likely be grown in landscapes as a specimen annual plant filling a large amount of space with color in a very short period of time.

The new and distinct cultivar of ornamental cultivar of Bee Balm Monarda plant named ‘Lavender Taffeta’ has medium-height, winter hardy, dense, vigorous clumping habit, dark green glossy foliage that exhibits strong resistance to powdery mildew, and numerous large flower heads of dark lavender-purple-colored flowers creating excellent flower coverage. The lower petals have darker strong purplish-red spots, and each flower head is subtended by burgundy-colored bracts. Peppermint plant named ‘Palisade’
Peppermint plant selection 18-14-185, denominated ‘Palisade’ peppermint is a new Mentha x piperita cultivar that produces an essential oil different in composition than commercially grown mint varieties known to the Inventor. The essential oil is similar to standard Peppermint plant oil in components composition but differs substantially in the ratio of said components. Organoleptically, it differs from typical peppermint oil. It is more resistant to Verticillium dahliae mint wilt than current commercially grown varieties. Furthermore, ‘Palisade’ produces an oil type that varies minimally in oil profile based on plant maturity.

Numerous, large, deep raspberry purple-colored flowers are in bloom for a long period beginning cerise-colored flowers creating excellent flower coverage.
