Carriage
A carriage according to the present embodiment comprises: a mounting base in which a plane for placing a freight is defined, the mounting base receiving the freight from an end part of the plane by horizontal movement; and a drop prevention part that is provided to the end part of the plane, and that prevents the freight from dropping off from the mounting base. The drop prevention part includes: a movable part that rotates about an axis along a direction perpendicular to both the vertical direction and a direction in which the freight is received; and a rotation inhibiting part that is provided between said plane and a horizontal plane on which said axis is present, and that limits the range of rotation of the movable part. The movable part includes: a contact part that comes into contact with the freight; and a weight part at which the center of gravity of the movable part is located. The contact part has an end part that projects more upward in the vertical direction than the plane. When the contact part is pressed from the inner side of the mounting base toward the outer side, the rotation inhibiting part stops the rotation of the movable part about the axis by contacting the contact part and keeps the end part of the contact part more upward in the vertical direction than the plane.
STATIONARY TRANSFER PLATFORM AND CLEANING DEVICE FOR SUPPLY TRANSPORT DEVICE
A stationary platform for supporting a supply transport device is provided. The stationary platform includes a frame having at least two longitudinal sides, a first end and a second opposing end, and a top surface and a bottom surface, and a plurality of legs extending from the bottom surface of the frame to support the supply transport device on the frame. The supply transport device is slidably received on the top surface of the frame. A wheel base assembly having a cleaning device for contacting a bottom surface of the supply transport device, to remove dirt and debris from or to disinfect the supply transport device, is also provided.
Cart with removable wheel base
A cart transports items between a controlled environment (e.g., a clean room or an airlock to a clean room) and an uncontrolled environment. The cart has a main body that carries the items, and a removable and interchangeable wheel base assembly. A first wheel base assembly is located in the uncontrolled environment and a second wheel base assembly is located in the controlled environment. The user can push the cart (with the first wheel base assembly) up to the second wheel base assembly at the boundary between the controlled environment and the uncontrolled environment. The user then unlocks the main body from the first wheel base assembly, slides the main body onto the second wheel base assembly, and locks the main body to the second wheel base assembly. An autoclavable storage and transport cart can hold several wheel base assemblies.
Personal watercraft rotisserie
A personal watercraft rotisserie includes a lower frame having a pair of longitudinal members and a pair of lateral members, a support structure affixed to each lateral member of the lower frame, and an upper frame having a pair of longitudinal members and a pair of lateral members. Each lateral member of the upper frame is rotatably coupled to the support structures, such that the upper frame is rotatable about its longitudinal axis. The upper frame supports a personal watercraft which can be adjustably secured thereto via straps or other fasteners. A locking mechanism is configured to selectively secure the upper frame in a fixed position relative to the lower frame. In this way, an individual can support a personal watercraft in a desired rotational position to easily access the upper and lower hull for maintenance or repairs.
Conveyor systems including dollies with automatic unloading multi-bar linkage systems for automatically unloading a dolly
An automatic unloading dolly that automatically unloads pallets therefrom that includes a frame having a loading/unloading side and a pusher side, a conveyor platform that extends between the loading/unloading side and the pusher side, one or more wheels connected to the frame, a multi-bar linkage system mounted to the frame and connected to a pusher that moves along the conveyor platform from the pusher side toward the loading/unloading side between a pusher base position and a pusher triggered position, and a contact arm link connected to the multi-bar linkage system such that movement of the contact arm link relative to the frame from a contact arm link base position to a contact arm link triggered position moves the multi-bar linkage system and the pusher from the pusher base position to the pusher triggered position.
CRADLE ASSEMBLY FOR SUPPORTING A DOOR OF AN AIRCRAFT TO FACILITATE SERVICING THE DOOR, AND ARRANGEMENTS AND METHODS FOR THE SAME
Cradle assemblies for supporting a door of an aircraft to facilitate servicing the door, and arrangements and methods for the same are provided. In one example, a cradle assembly includes a base and a cradle support subassembly pivotably coupled to the base. The cradle support subassembly is configured to support an outer section of the door.
A CARRIAGE FOR MOVING A WHEELED OBJECT
A steerable carriage for moving a wheeled object comprising at least one engagement device (3) configured to engage with and elevate a wheel (5) of the wheeled object off the ground such that the wheeled object can be moved upon displacement of the carriage by transmitting a propulsion force from the carriage to the wheeled object via the at least one engagement device, wherein the at least one engagement device comprises: a support device (12), an actuating device (13) movable with respect to the support device such as to cause the wheel to roll forward onto the support device and be held by the support device and the actuating device, wherein the support device comprises: a stopping member (18) movable between a folded position and a stopping position in which it is configured to stop forward motion of the wheel, and an activation member (23) configured to cause the stopping member to move from the folded position to the stopping position when the wheel is rolled onto the support device.
Space-saving loading equipment
An apparatus for loading and unloading a cart into and from a chamber of a housing. The apparatus is movable between a first, collapsed configuration and a second, expanded configuration. The apparatus includes a user portion and a chamber portion engagable with the housing. The chamber portion is movable relative to the user portion. An attachment assembly selectively attaches the apparatus to the housing. At least one cart locking device selectively locks the cart to the apparatus. When the at last one cart locking device locks the cart to the apparatus, the cart is removed from the chamber when the apparatus moves from the first, collapsed configuration to the second, expanded configuration. The cart is inserted into the chamber when the apparatus moves from the second, expanded configuration to the first, collapsed configuration.
Dolly cart rail and lock system
A dolly cart rail and lock system configured to secure one or more dolly carts within a vehicle is provided. The dolly cart rail and lock system includes a first upper rail connected to a platform of the vehicle. The first upper rail having a first end. A second upper rail opposes the first upper rail and is connected to the platform of the vehicle. The second upper rail has a first end. A bulkhead assembly connects the first end of the first upper rail and the first end of the second upper rail. A plurality of spaced apart pocket assemblies is attached to the first and second upper rails. At least one lock assembly is connected to the pocket assemblies and is configured to engage the dolly carts such as to limit movement of the dolly carts in a front-to-back direction.
INDIVIDUAL EMERGENCY BRAKE SYSTEM FOR WIND TURBINE BLADE ROTATING DEVICE
A wind turbine blade rotating and braking apparatus comprising: a root device including: a root support member having an upper surface with a radius of curvature and configured to receive a portion (e.g. root) of a wind turbine blade, rollers having a longitudinal axis parallel to the longitudinal axis of the blade and configured to rotate the blade; braking mount on the sides of the root support member; and a braking mechanism (e.g. strap or band) fixedly attached to the first mount, releasably attached to the second mount and extending above the blade to apply a braking force to the blade. Once applied, the braking force can be maintained by a locking pin.
