Length-adjustable steering shaft and method for producing a length-adjustable steering shaft
A length-adjustable steering shaft may include a metallic hollow shaft with an opening in which a metallic inner shaft is accommodated rotatably-fixedly and in an axially movable manner. The steering shaft may also include a pull-out retention means with an outer stop that protrudes into an opening of the hollow shaft and an inner stop that protrudes outward from the inner shaft. The inner and outer stops may be formed from the metallic material of the hollow shaft or the inner shaft and may comprise stop surfaces that are directed toward each other in an axial direction. A layer of non-metallic material may be applied to at least one of the inner stop or the outer stop at least partially in a region of the stop surface.
WIRELESS NETWORK, SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR CONFIGURATION, OPERATION AND USE OF MOTORIZED, WHEELED AND STEERABLE PASSENGER-CARRYING CARTS FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES
A wireless network, systems and methods, wherein each passenger-carrying rideable vehicle deployed in the system includes: a modular construction consisting of a lightweight body driven by an electric-battery driven motor, and specially adapted for receiving a customizable ornamental body having the appearance and personality of a particular or an inanimate object; motorized and/or animated elements disposed beneath the animal character skin covering for enabling animal behaviors and/or expressions that promote a fun and entertaining ride experience; an audio-transducers mounted within the animal character body for playing music from smartphone applications and animated animal character body portions to provide a sense of realism and excitement as the electric entertainment vehicle is ridden through an amusement facility.

Rotation limiting means, steering system, and method for limiting a rotational movement in a steering system
A rotation limiting means for a steer-by-wire steering system comprises a fixedly arranged outer housing and a steering column which is received at least partially in the outer housing and can be rotated relative to the outer housing. Furthermore, at least one actuating member is provided which is arranged between the outer housing and the steering column and can be rotated to a limited extent relative to the outer housing and relative to the steering column, in order to mechanically limit a rotation of the steering column relative to the outer housing. Furthermore, a steering system and a method for limiting a rotational movement in a steering system are described.

SWITCH MODULE
A switch module includes a lever switch to operate at least one electronic device mounted on a vehicle by an operation on an operation lever, and a case that is integrated with the lever switch installed thereto and is installed to a back side of a steering of the vehicle so as to integrally rotate with the steering. The case is box-shaped with a front surface portion open, and the lever switch is installed by sliding from the front surface portion toward a back surface portion into an installation opening that is formed on a side surface of the case and has a cut-out shape extending the front surface portion toward the back surface portion.
Vehicle
A utility vehicle with ergonomic, safety, and maintenance features is disclosed. A vehicle is also disclosed with improved cooling, suspension and drive systems. These features enhance the utility of the vehicle.
Optics based detection of hands on-off and hand gesture based function selection for human driver
A number of illustrative variations may include a method or product for sensing driver intervention in an autonomous steering system.

Sealing device
A sealing device seals a gap between a housing and a rotational shaft located in a shaft hole provided in the housing. The sealing device includes: an annular mounted part that is to be mounted on an inner peripheral surface of the shaft hole; an inner annular part located radially inside of the mounted part; a seal lip extending from the inner annular part and for being in contact with the outer peripheral surface of the rotational shaft; a bellows part connecting the mounted part with the inner annular part; a sound insulation ring fixed to the mounted part and expanding radially inward from the mounted part, the sound insulation ring including an opening through which the rotational shaft passes; and a circular annular sound insulation lip projecting from the inner annular part or the bellows part toward the sound insulation ring and including a distal end being in slidable contact with the sound insulation ring. The sound insulation ring includes a circular annular part with which the distal end of the sound insulation lip is in contact, and a protruding wall disposed radially inside of the circular annular part and radially outside of the opening, the protruding wall protruding toward the inner annular part.
