RACK ASSIST TYPE POWER STERRING APPARATUS
A rack assist type power steering apparatus according to the embodiments of the present disclosure comprises a rack bar provided with an outer screw groove on an outer circumferential surface, a ball nut having an inner screw groove corresponding to the outer screw groove on an inner circumferential surface, and a bearing coupled to an outer circumferential surface, and a nut pulley provided with a belt coupling portion on an outer peripheral surface, and one end of an inner circumferential surface is provided with a support end coupled to an outer circumferential surface of the ball nut to support the bearing, and an other end of an inner circumferential surface is provided with an enlarged diameter portion which is stepped from the support end and increases in inner diameter.

One aspect of this disclosure is directed to a steering system comprising a housing in which a steering rack is movably arranged and extends out of the housing on at least one side of the housing, the steering rack being connected with a tie rod via a ball joint, wherein the connection is covered by a protective bellows defining a central axis and the bellows further comprising a first end defining a first opening around the central axis, a second end defining a second opening around the central axis, and several annular folds arranged along the central axis between the first end and second end, and wherein the bellows comprises a plurality of skirts arranged along the central axis and extending away from the bellows.
Another aspect of this disclosure is directed to a protective bellows defining a central axis and comprising a first end defining a first opening around the central axis, a second end defining a second opening around the central axis, and several annular folds arranged along the central axis between the first end and second end, and the bellows comprises a plurality of skirts arranged along the central axis.

A steering apparatus of a vehicle includes: a dust pack housing coupled to a top portion of a dust cap, which is combined with a rack housing to surround a pinion shaft, the dust pack housing disposed between and supporting a dash panel of the vehicle and the dust cap; and a noise attenuation member disposed between the dust pack housing and the pinion shaft and having plate shape so that an inner side of the noise attenuation member is spaced apart from the pinion shaft and an outer side of the noise attenuation member is fitted to the dust pack housing to attenuate noise that is transmitted to the inside of the dust panel.

A steering apparatus of a vehicle includes: a dust pack housing coupled to a top portion of a dust cap, which is combined with a rack housing to surround a pinion shaft, the dust pack housing disposed between and supporting a dash panel of the vehicle and the dust cap; and a noise attenuation member disposed between the dust pack housing and the pinion shaft and having plate shape so that an inner side of the noise attenuation member is spaced apart from the pinion shaft and an outer side of the noise attenuation member is fitted to the dust pack housing to attenuate noise that is transmitted to the inside of the dust panel.
Rack and pinion type steering gear unit
A rack housing has a concave portion first inclined surface 45 on the inner side surface of an engaging concave portion located on the opening side that is inclined in a direction toward the back side while going outward in the radial direction. The rack bush has a convex portion first inclined surface on the outer side surface of an engaging convex portion that faces the concave portion first inclined surface, and that is inclined in a direction toward the back side while going outward in the radial direction. The convex portion first inclined surface is pressed outward in the radial direction against the concave portion first inclined surface, and the other outer side surface of the engaging convex portion facing the back side is pressed in the axial direction against the other inner side surface of the engaging concave portion facing the opening side.
Rack and pinion type steering gear unit
A rack housing has a concave portion first inclined surface 45 on the inner side surface of an engaging concave portion located on the opening side that is inclined in a direction toward the back side while going outward in the radial direction. The rack bush has a convex portion first inclined surface on the outer side surface of an engaging convex portion that faces the concave portion first inclined surface, and that is inclined in a direction toward the back side while going outward in the radial direction. The convex portion first inclined surface is pressed outward in the radial direction against the concave portion first inclined surface, and the other outer side surface of the engaging convex portion facing the back side is pressed in the axial direction against the other inner side surface of the engaging concave portion facing the opening side.
Steering gearbox attachment structure
A steering gearbox attachment structure according to one embodiment of the present disclosure attaches and secures a steering gearbox to cross members positioned in the vehicle widthwise direction, and is equipped with support parts provided on the cross members, and a steering gearbox housing part which has contact parts. The first attachment surface of the first support part and the second attachment surface of the second support part form an angle which is greater than 90° and less than 180°.

A steering gearbox attachment structure according to one embodiment of the present disclosure attaches and secures a steering gearbox to cross members positioned in the vehicle widthwise direction, and is equipped with support parts provided on the cross members, and a steering gearbox housing part which has contact parts. The present disclosure relates to a steering-assisting device. Specifically, a steering-assisting device according to the present disclosure comprises: a stator having a plurality of coils wound thereon; a rotor which is rotated by the stator; and a connection part for transferring rotation force generated in accordance with rotation of the rotor to a rack bar, wherein the connection part is connected to the rack bar in a manner for minimizing vibration generated according to a winding pattern of the stator when at least one of the coils of the stator malfunctions.
