A steering arrangement for a vehicle includes: a hydrostatic steering unit provided with two work ports, a high-pressure port, a low-pressure port, a main branch of the flow arranged between the work ports and the high-pressure port and comprising a dosing device, and an amplification branch arranged between the work ports and the high-pressure port, in parallel with the dosing device, and comprising a flow-rate regulating device of the electrically actuated type, a steering shaft provided with a first end adapted for being connected to a steering member and a second end adapted for being connected to the hydrostatic steering unit, an electric motor configured to set the steering shaft in rotation, and an electronic control unit configured to actuate the flow-rate regulating device as a function of a parameter indicative of an operating condition of the vehicle.

The present invention is to provide a rubber composition for a hose and the like, the rubber composition having excellent oil resistance and low-temperature performance. A rubber composition for a hose, the rubber composition comprising: a hydrogenated acrylonitrile butadiene rubber having an acrylonitrile amount of 24 mass % or less, a carbon black, a peroxide, and a triallyl isocyanurate; a content of the peroxide being 2.4 parts by mass or more per 100 parts by mass of the hydrogenated acrylonitrile butadiene rubber; and a content of the triallyl isocyanurate being 1.9 parts by mass or more per 100 parts by mass of the hydrogenated acrylonitrile butadiene rubber, and a hose formed by using the rubber composition for a hose.
HYDRAULIC CONTROL VALVE ASSEMBLY OF AUTOMATIC STEERING SYSTEM FOR AGRICULTURAL MACHINE
Disclosed is a hydraulic control valve assembly of automatic steering system for agricultural machine including a proportional directional valve (3). A balancing valve (1) is arranged between the proportional directional valve (3) and the steering cylinder. A first shuttle valve (2) is arranged between the proportional directional valve (3) and the balancing valve (1). The first shuttle valve (2) is positioned on one side of the proportional directional valve (3). An overflow valve (4) is positioned on another side of the proportional directional valve (3). The overflow valve (4) is connected to a second shuttle valve (6) and a logic valve (5) respectively. The hydraulic control valve assembly has a large control power, a rapid response, and is more suitable for the autonomous navigation operation of agricultural machine. Moreover, the system saves more energy, such that the autonomous navigation operation of agricultural machine is more stable.
POWER STEERING FLUID FILTER ASSEMBLY
A power steering fluid filter assembly having a housing defining an interior chamber, an upstream end and downstream end. The housing is substantially cylindrical having a substantially circular cross-section and longitudinal axis and at least one filter element through which fluid flowing through said housing passes. A plurality of inlet nozzles, each of which are selectively removable at the upstream end of the housing, the inlet nozzles having commonly sized cylindrical protrusions for fitting within the housing and differentially sized hose barbs for fitting within differentially sized hoses feeding power steering fluid to the housing. A plurality of outlet nozzles each of which are selectively removable at the downstream end of the housing, the outlet nozzles having commonly sized cylindrical protrusions for fitting within the housing and differentially sized hose barbs for fitting within differentially sized hoses through which power steering fluid exiting the housing passes. The inlet and outlet nozzles are releasably retained at the ends of the housing by, for example, removable clips, threads, or snap rings.

The invention relates to a steering device for a steerable machine, particularly a construction machine, comprising a steering element for manual input of steering commands, a steering actuator for driving a steering adjustment of a travel unit of the construction machine, and a transmission device, which is arranged between the steering element and the steering actuator, the transmission device including an actuator orbitrol for driving the steering actuator. Furthermore, the invention relates to a construction machine having such a steering device, as well as to a method for steering a steerable machine, particularly a construction machine.

A hydraulic steering system 1 is described comprising a steering unit and a priority valve, said steering unit comprising a working port arrangement having two working ports, a supply port arrangement having a high pressure port and a low pressure port, a load sensing port, a main flow path having a main bleed and a metering device and being arranged between said high pressure port and said working port arrangement, an amplification flow path having an amplification bleed and being arranged between said high pressure port and said working port arrangement, said main bleed and said amplification bleed being controlled together by means of a steering handle and being closed in neutral position of said steering handle, wherein said priority valve comprises a priority outlet connected to said high pressure port of said steering unit, a valve element moveable in a priority direction to connect an inlet of said priority valve to said priority outlet, and a load sensing connection connected to said load sensing port of said steering unit, said priority outlet being connected to said load sensing connection via a priority valve bleed, a pressure at a point downstream said priority bleed acting on said valve element in said priority direction, wherein said load sensing port is connected to said low pressure port via a drain bleed being open in neutral position of said steering handle and closing upon actuation of said steering handle out of said neutral position.
Control system for steering a rear caster wheel
A hydraulic control system for steering rear caster wheels of a work machine. The control system has a steering mode that proportionally controls the steering of rear caster wheels while compensating the circuit to keep steering performance independent from the load generated by the rear caster wheels, a no steering mode that maintains the position of the rear caster wheels in the absence of a steering command, and a freewheeling mode that permits the rear caster wheels to rotate freely 360°.
STEERING SYSTEM HAVING A PRESSURE SENSOR
A power steering system includes a steering column assembly, a steering gear assembly, and a pressure sensor, and a torque sensor. The steering column assembly has a steering shaft and the steering gear assembly is operatively connected to the steering shaft. The steering gear assembly has an input shaft that extends through a valve housing and extends into a rack housing. The pressure sensor is arranged to provide a pressure signal indicative of a fluid pressure of at least one of a first cavity and a second cavity disposed within the rack housing.
