STEERING WHEEL
A steering wheel includes: a cylindrical slider which is disposed on an outer side of a support member so as to slide in a front-to-rear direction and which is biased to the rear; a cap member which covers at least respective rear end portions of the support member and the slider from the rear; a movable-side contact portion which is provided inside the cap member; an annular damper holder which is mounted inside the cap member; an annular elastic member which is interposed between the slider and the damper holder; a transmitting portion which is provided in an inner circumferential portion of the damper holder; and a movement catch portion which is provided on an outer circumferential portion of the slider so as to be positioned immediately before the transmitting portion and to which a forward movement of the damper holder is transmitted through the transmitting portion.
Steering wheel
A steering wheel enabling suppressing hanging down of an airbag module due to its own weight and stabilizing the position of the airbag module. The steering wheel includes a steering wheel body, an airbag module, and at least one coil spring that biases the airbag module in a direction separating from the steering wheel body. The coil spring is arranged between the steering wheel body and the airbag module in a state with the axis line thereof offset from that of a free state; thereby applying a force on the airbag module in a direction that intersects with the axis line of the coil spring in a free state.
Steering wheel vibration suppressors
Vibration suppressors can include a resiliently flexible spring system that may be mounted at an exterior of a steering wheel of a vehicle, such as at a hub portion of a steering wheel armature. The spring system can include a fixable portion and a displaceable portion that is configured to be displaced relative to the fixable portion. A mass system can be coupled to the displaceable portion of the spring system and may also be at an exterior of the steering wheel.
STEERING WHEEL STRUCTURE
This steering wheel structure has: a steering wheel main unit; a horn block; a support block; horn contacts; and a horn spring, wherein the support block has: a lock member; and an elastic body, wherein a load bypass member is provided that transmits an operation load in a push-in direction, which has been applied to the horn block, to the lock member while circumventing the elastic body, and wherein the load bypass member is configured so as to be in a non-contact state between itself and at least either of the horn block side and the lock member side when the horn block is in a vicinity of a default position, and so as to be brought into contact with the horn block side and the lock member side in a manner capable of transmitting a load when the horn block is pushed in by a predetermined amount or greater.
ASSEMBLY FOR A STEERING SYSTEM OF A VEHICLE
The present disclosure relates to an assembly for a steering system of a vehicle, the assembly comprising an axle part having a coupling recess, and a steering cylinder having a coupling projection. The coupling projection is received in the coupling recess and an interference fit is formed between the coupling projection and the coupling recess.
Steering wheel and method of manufacturing same
A steering wheel having a retaining spring has a pin engagement section that engages with a pin of an airbag module that is positioned inside a mounting hole to install the airbag module on a core bar. A base section of the core bar is provided with a spring mounting section to which the retaining spring is mounted. The spring mounting section includes a main body column section that protrudes from a base surface of the base section and an extension, a base end thereof connected to the main body column section and extending from the main body column section. A mounting section of the retaining spring is positioned between the base surface and the extension and mounted so as to sandwich the main body column section.
Steering control device
An assist control unit calculates an assist torque command based on a steering torque. A steering angle control unit calculates a steering angle control torque command so that a steering angle determined according to an output of a motor follows a target steering angle commanded from a lane keeping support device. A vibration application control unit calculates a lane departure warning control torque command to apply vibration to an assist torque when a lane departure warning activation request is notified. A motor drive control unit controls a drive of the motor based on an addition value of the assist torque command, the steering angle control torque command, and the lane departure warning control torque command. The steering angle control unit includes a vibration removal filter configured to remove vibration frequency components of the lane departure warning device in calculations on a steering angle signal loop for steering angle control.
Steering wheel device for vehicle
A vehicle steering wheel device enabling miniaturizing an airbag module and also a miniaturized horn pad portion while ensuring a damping effect comparable to a conventional damping effect. Each damper has a straight pin, a grip provided at a first end is engaged to a central cored bar through rotate operation around the pin axis, and a connecting tip end part that connects to the module housing is provided at the other end. A plurality of insertion holes through which the connecting tip end part is inserted are arranged in the module housing surrounding the outer edge of the inflator, and the connecting tip end part is formed with a constricted portion having an outer diameter smaller than the diameter of the insertion hole, and the connecting tip end part is connected to the module housing via a set spring supported by the module housing to engage the constriction.
