VIBRATION-DAMPING STRUCTURE FOR VEHICLE STEERING WHEEL, AND VEHICLE STEERING WHEEL DEVICE
An airbag module that serves as a damper mass mounted to the steering wheel surrounding the center of steering of the steering wheel via vibration damping parts, the vehicle steering wheel structure damping steering wheel vibration, wherein the vibration damping parts includes at least a first vibration damping part positioned upward from the center of steering and a second vibration damping part positioned downward from the center of steering with reference to a neutral position of the steering wheel and the spring constant or elastic modulus of the first vibration damping part is set lower than the spring constant or elastic modulus of the second vibration damping part.
Damper mechanism of steering wheel and steering wheel apparatus for vehicle
Problem: To provide a damper mechanism of a steering wheel and a steering wheel apparatus for a vehicle in which it is possible to ensure a damping effect comparable to that of the known art and to decrease an airbag module in size so as to achieve a reduction in cost. Solution: A damper mechanism of a steering wheel includes: two damper units 11 that are provided between a steering wheel 1 and an airbag module 2 functioning as a damper mass and damp vibration of the steering wheel; and an engaging mechanism (hook of a plate-shaped damper 18) that is provided in parallel with the damper unit, between the steering wheel and the airbag module, and holds the steering wheel and the airbag module in a relatively displaceable manner.
Damper structure provided in steering wheel of vehicle
A damper structure provided in a steering wheel of a vehicle to be able to achieve an improved effect of reducing vibration in a low frequency region and structurally prevent noise generation. The damper structure includes a plate member which faces the steering wheel and to which an airbag module is to be attached, an insulator attached to the plate member, a connector inserted into the insulator and having one end fixed to the steering wheel to be oscillated by vibration of the steering wheel, an elastic member surrounding the connector in the insulator, a ring provided with the elastic member to transmit the oscillation of the connector to the elastic member, a stopper provided around another end of the connector to face the elastic member, and a coil spring which brings the elastic member of the insulator into pressure contact with the stopper.
MOUNTING AND SECURING STRUCTURE FOR DAMPER UNIT IN STEERING WHEEL AND STEERING WHEEL
A collar member formed as a hollow cylinder having an opening at one end into which a mounting pin member of the damper unit is inserted, and which is secured to a cored bar member, a seat part provided at the other end of the collar member in which the insertion side tip of the pin is seated, a positioning groove part formed on the collar member between the seat part and the opening, a locking groove part formed on the pin that is positioned in the positioning groove part when the insertion side tip is seated in the seat part, and a spring member provided on the cored bar member inserted through the positioning groove part that is elastically locked by the locking groove part when the insertion side tip is seated in the seat part and retains the pin.
Steering wheel
A steering wheel includes a functional device and a control device, which is electrically connected to the functional device. The functional device includes a functional case, which constitutes a housing of the functional device. The control device includes a control case, which constitutes a housing of the control device. A first connector is partially exposed to an outside of the functional case. A second connector is partially exposed to an outside of the control case. The first connector is coupled to the second connector, so that the functional device is electrically connected to the control device without a harness between the functional case and the control case.
Steering wheel for vehicle
A steering wheel for a vehicle may include: a damper part installed in a connection hole of a horn plate, and formed of an elastic material; a horn bolt part fixed to a hub part through the damper part, and configured to guide movement of the horn plate; a damper housing located between the damper part and the horn bolt part, and moved with the damper part; and a horn spring configured to support the damper housing, and having elasticity.
DISTURBANCE COMPENSATION STEERING CONTROL METHOD AND MOTOR DRIVEN POWER STEERING SYSTEM THEREOF
A disturbance compensation steering control method may include, when a steering controller performs, during driving, a disturbance detection in which a tire and a steering wheel become a transfer path, performing a disturbance reduction compensation control by calculating a final compensation amount for a disturbance compensation steering output transmitted to a steering motor according to a disturbance strength and a magnitude of a steering torque.
STEERING WHEEL AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING SAME
A steering wheel having a retaining spring has a pin engagement section that engages with a pin of an airbag module that is positioned inside a mounting hole to install the airbag module on a core bar. A base section of the core bar is provided with a spring mounting section to which the retaining spring is mounted. The spring mounting section includes a main body column section that protrudes from a base surface of the base section and an extension, a base end thereof connected to the main body column section and extending from the main body column section. A mounting section of the retaining spring is positioned between the base surface and the extension and mounted so as to sandwich the main body column section.
A DAMPER UNIT, A DAMPER ASSEMBLY, METHODS OF MAKING A DAMPER UNIT AND A DAMPER ASSEMBLY
A damper unit for use in a vibration-reducing assembly for a steering wheel is disclosed. An elastomeric damper element is molded on an inner sleeve and includes a plurality of elastomeric ribs forming a radially outer engagement surface, and a plurality of elastomeric support studs, which are mutually spaced in a circumferential direction are flexible in all directions transverse to said axis. Methods for making a damper unit and a damper assembly are also disclosed.
STEERING WHEEL
Provided is a steering wheel including a dynamic damper mechanism which does not easily deteriorate over time, in which a resonance frequency to be damped does not easily change. A attaching structure for attaching an airbag device to a steering wheel incudes: a tubular guide member (51) passing through an opening of a fixing plate (25) of the airbag device; a hook (70, 80) engaging with a lock spring (53); a hollow holding member (67) fixed to a main body part (110) of the steering wheel and holding a base end portion (71) of the hook while restricting the base end portion (71) from moving toward a tip end portion (75) of the hook; and a return spring (61), and the base end portion (71) has a bottom portion being a convex spherical shape.
