LOWER CARRIAGE OF MOBILE CRANE AND MOBILE CRANE EQUIPPED THEREWITH

A coupling portion of a lower travelling body of a mobile crane is arranged such that, in plan view, a right front straight line, which passes through any point included in a front load receiving surface and through any point included in a right front load transmission surface, passes through a right front end roller or a point on the front side relative to the right front end roller and that a left front straight line, which passes through any point included in the front load receiving surface and through any point included in a left front load transmission surface, passes through a left front end roller or a point on the front side relative to the left front end roller.

MOBILE CRANE UNDERCARRIAGE

In a lower travelling body of a mobile crane, each of a right front coupling member and a right rear coupling member is arranged to change a relative position to one or both of a right crawler frame and a car body in order to reduce dimensions of the lower travelling body when it is transported. Each of a left front coupling member and a left rear coupling member is arranged to change a relative position to one or both of a left crawler frame and the car body in order to reduce dimensions of the lower travelling body when it is transported.

A dump truck includes: a vehicle body frame; tires provided to the vehicle body frame and configured to travel the dump truck; and a body supported by the vehicle body frame and configured to be raised and lowered, in which the vehicle body frame includes: a first vertical frame vertically standing in a side view at positions of the tires provided to a first side of the vehicle body frame in a travel direction; and a second vertical frame vertically standing in a side view at positions of the tires provided to a second side of the vehicle body frame in the travel direction, and a mount portion on which the body is mounted is provided on an upper portion of each of the first vertical frame and the second vertical frame.

A WORK VEHICLE

A work vehicle (1) comprising a forward part (3) and a rearward part (7) pivotally coupled about a main vertical pivot axis (10) for steering thereof. A power take-off shaft (29) is located adjacent a forward end (31) of the forward part (3) and is mechanically driven from a main output drive shaft (15) of an engine (14) located in the rearward part (7). A step-up gearbox (20) steps up the speed from the main output drive shaft (15) onto first and second output shafts (23, 24) for driving first and second hydraulic pumps (27, 28) which provide hydraulic supplies for motive power and for operating attachments attached to the forward end (31) of the forward part (3). A step-down gearbox (30) receives drive directly from the main output drive shaft (15) of the engine (14) and produces a stepped-down drive on an output shaft (33) of the step-down gearbox (30) with a gear ratio of 2:1. A main drive transmission shaft (35) transmits drive from the step-down gearbox (30) to the power take-off shaft (29) at the regulatory speed of a power take-off shaft in the range of 540 rpm to 1000 rpm, thereby minimising the speed of the mechanical drive required from the rearward part (7) to the forward part (3), and reducing the mechanical drives required from the rearward part (7) to the forward part (3) to a single mechanical drive.

Articulated machine employing stabilizers and steering interlock

A machine includes a front section having front wheels, a rear section having rear wheels, and a pivot that couples the front section to the rear section as well as a hydraulic steering circuit that moves the front section relative to the rear section about the pivot. The machine also includes a stabilizer and further includes a directional control valve that selectively depressurizes the hydraulic steering circuit according to a state of the stabilizer.

To provide a frame of construction machines that can enhance the rigidity of support members. The frame comprises a bottom plate, a pair of vertical plates being disposed spacedly in a width direction on a top surface of the bottom plate and extending longitudinally and vertically, and multiple support members extending toward outside in a width direction from breadthwise outer surface of the pair of vertical plates. At least one of the multiple support members comprises a vertical wall perpendicular to the bottom plate. A breadthwise inner end part of vertical wall is welded on breadthwise outer surface of one of pair of vertical plates. A lower end of the pair of vertical plates is welded intermittently on a top surface of the bottom plate, and there exists a non-welded part where the lower end of the vertical plates is not welded on the top surface of the bottom plate under breadthwise inner end part of the vertical wall.

Problem to Be Solved: To provide a frame of a construction machine that can prevent a crack caused by a torsion load. Solution: The frame comprises the center member including the bottom plate and a pair of left and right vertical plates disposed on a top surface of the bottom plate, a pair of left and right skirt members horizontally disposed on both left and right sides of the center member, and a plurality of beam members disposed between the center member and right skirt member and between the center member and left skirt member, respectively. The plurality of beam members include the plate beam member disposed in a perpendicularly erected manner against the bottom plate. The first and second bent parts are formed on the plate beam member. The plate beam member has the first part extending outward in a horizontal direction from the center member to the first bent part, the second part extending from the first bent part to second bent part, and the third part extending outward in a horizontal direction from the second bent part to the skirt member.
