FRAME OF CONSTRUCTION MACHINE
To provide a frame of construction machines that can enhance the rigidity of support members. The frame comprises a bottom plate, a pair of vertical plates being disposed spacedly in a width direction on a top surface of the bottom plate and extending longitudinally and vertically, and multiple support members extending toward outside in a width direction from breadthwise outer surface of the pair of vertical plates. At least one of the multiple support members comprises a vertical wall perpendicular to the bottom plate. A breadthwise inner end part of vertical wall is welded on breadthwise outer surface of one of pair of vertical plates. A lower end of the pair of vertical plates is welded intermittently on a top surface of the bottom plate, and there exists a non-welded part where the lower end of the vertical plates is not welded on the top surface of the bottom plate under breadthwise inner end part of the vertical wall.
FRAME OF WORK VEHICLE AND WORK VEHICLE
A frame of a work vehicle includes an upper plate that has a plate shape and that forms an upper surface of the frame extending along a front-rear direction; a lower plate that has a plate shape and that is opposite to the upper plate in an up-down direction and forms a lower surface of the frame; a vertical wall that is disposed between the upper plate and the lower plate in the up-down direction and connects the upper plate to the lower plate; and an attachment portion to which an actuator that moves work equipment in the up-down direction is attached, in which at least one of the upper plate and the lower plate includes a center portion, a first extension portion extending from the center portion, a second extension portion extending from the center portion, and a continuous portion connecting the first extension portion to the second extension portion.
UNDERCARRIAGE
An undercarriage for a working machine having a chassis. The chassis includes a first axle mount and a first axle assembly mounted to the first axle mount. The first axle assembly has a first axle with first and second ends for pivotably mounting first and second wheels. The first axle mount is provided in the form of first and second arms extending from the chassis to define a channel therebetween, and the undercarriage is configured to restrict movement of the first and second arms.
Haul truck dump body front wall support
A support structure arrangement for a front wall of a dump body comprises a first vertical support structure and a second vertical support structure. The first and second vertical support structures can be elongate structural members spaced in a width direction from each other. Bottom portions of the first and second vertical support structures can form down-facing contact surfaces.
VEHICLE HAVING A SUPPORT STRUCTURE
A vehicle having a support structure includes a front structural section for receiving a front axle assembly and a rear structural section opposite the front structural section in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle. A support part is arranged between the front structural section and the rear structural section as part of the support structure. The support part has a support wall which runs in a self-contained manner in the circumferential direction transversely with respect to the longitudinal direction of the vehicle.
Work vehicle with electrical energy storage
A work vehicle includes a vehicle frame which is supported by first and second axles. A driver's cab, a lifting arm, and at least one electrical energy store unit are supported on the vehicle frame. The lifting arm is arranged along a longitudinal direction of the work vehicle parallel to a longitudinal axis of the vehicle frame. The driver's cab is arranged to a first side of the longitudinal axis between the two axles. The at least one energy store unit is arranged between the two axles to a second side of the longitudinal axis, which is situated opposite the first side.
Forest machine
The invention relates to a forest machine, comprising a chassis having a first chassis and a second chassis pivoted consecutively by a central pivot, first sets of wheels arranged in connection with the first chassis, an engine fitted in connection with the first chassis, a load space supported on the second chassis extending at least partly below an upper surface of the second sets of wheels, power transmission transmitting power to the second drive wheel of the second sets of wheels, wherein the second chassis includes two longitudinal parts attached to each other at least in front of the load space, which longitudinal parts are at a distance from each other in lateral direction of the forest machine at least over a partial length of the load space, in which forest machine the load space extends between the longitudinal parts in vertical direction of the forest machine.
Space frame front upper body support and frame connection
A front upper frame connection for a space frame can comprise a top surface; a bottom surface opposite the top surface; a right-side surface; a left-side surface opposite the right-side surface; a front surface; a rear surface opposite the front surface; a pair of forward support plates provided on the front surface; a pair of forward flat mounting surfaces; and a pair of rocker attachment interfaces located on the top surface adjacent to the rear surface and respectively the right-side surface and the left-side surface. The front surface and the forward support plates can define a cutout section. Each of the forward support plates is curved and runs outward from a transverse centerline of the top surface and then forward.
Frame access aperture
Power machine frames, and corresponding power machines such as skid steer loaders, have fully arcuate access aperture features formed in a first frame panel providing access to a volume internal to the first frame panel or otherwise positioned interior to the frame. The fully arcuate access aperture has a fully arcuate perimeter in the first frame panel.
Undercarriage assembly for a work machine and method of use
A work machine includes an undercarriage assembly. The undercarriage assembly includes a chassis and a ground-engaging mechanism for rotating around the chassis to move the work machine. A pair of rails is coupled to the chassis. A pair of sliders is coupled to a front-assembly. The sliders are aligned with the rails and movable relative to the rails to facilitate movement of the front-end assembly relative to the chassis.
