Connecting structure between quarter portion and rear floor
The present disclosure relates to a connecting structure between a quarter portion and a rear floor of a vehicle and, more specifically, to a connecting structure between a quarter and a rear floor, which can strengthen torsional rigidity of a vehicle body and secure durability of an opening of a tailgate.
VEHICLE BODY
A vehicle body includes a rear opening and a rear header. The rear header includes a first and a second rear header panel. A closed cross-section space is defined by the first and the second rear header panels. The vehicle body includes a reinforcing member that is disposed in the closed cross-section space. The first and the second rear header panels each include a first portion extending downward in the vehicle up-down direction and a second portion bending from a lower end of the first portion and extending rearward in the vehicle front-rear direction. The reinforcing member is disposed in a region in which the first portion of the first rear header panel and the first portion of the second rear header panel face each other. A space is provided between a lower face of the reinforcing member and the second portion of the first rear header panel.
Vehicle body
A vehicle body includes: a rear side member that is extended in the front-rear direction at the rear portion of the vehicle body; a back panel that is in contact with a rear end of the rear side member; and a crash box that is disposed between the back panel and a rear bumper and is positioned behind the rear side member. The crash box is fixed to the back panel with a bolt passed through a bolt hole that is extended through the back panel and that is positioned above the rear end of the rear side member. The rear side member is a hollow beam having a pair of side plates, an upper plate, and a lower plate, and a rear portion of the upper plate configures a flange that is bent upward along a lower back panel. The flange covers the bolt and the bolt hole.
Vehicle body structure for reinforcing pop-up seat mounting part
A vehicle body structure for reinforcing a pop-up seat mounting part includes a pair of rear side members engaged with a floor panel of a vehicle body, the pair of rear side members being spaced apart from each other by a spacing distance, a transverse member having a length corresponding to the spacing distance between the pair of rear side members, the transverse member being connected at opposite ends thereof to ends of upper surfaces of the pair of rear side members, and a back panel in contact with one surface of the transverse member.
Rear structure for vehicle
The rear structure for vehicles includes: a rear floor; and a pair of oblique members coupled to a lower surface of the rear floor and configured to be symmetrical with each other about a longitudinal centerline of the rear floor, each oblique member of the pair of oblique members extending from a first side and a second side, respectively, of the rear floor to a rear portion of the rear floor.
MOTOR VEHICLE REAR PARCEL SHELF INCLUDING COMPOSITE MATERIAL
A motor vehicle rear parcel shelf configured to separate the passenger compartment from the luggage compartment of the vehicle, the motor vehicle rear parcel shelf including a first beam and a second beam, the first and second beams including composite material and configured to be rigidly connected to the two sides of the body of a motor vehicle, and a panel connecting the two beams together.
Rear Vehicle Body Structure
A rear vehicle body structure of a vehicle including an underbody and an upper body coupled to the underbody is provided. The rear vehicle body structure includes a rear floor panel provided in a rear part of the upper body and coupled to the rear part of the underbody, the rear floor panel including forming parts extending in a vertical direction from both sides of the vehicle, respectively.
Automobile body structure
An automobile body structure is provided in which a carbon fiber-reinforced plastic cabin formed of a bathtub shape includes an inverted U-shaped roll bar providing a connection between front parts of a pair of left and right side frames, and a pair of left and right roll bar-supporting bars connecting an upper portion of the roll bar to rear parts of the pair of left and right side frames. Since a rear part of a roof panel and a front part of a tailgate panel are supported on a mounting bracket provided on the roll bar-supporting bar, it is possible, by changing the fore-and-aft position of the mounting bracket, to freely set the rear end position of the roof panel and the front end position of the tailgate panel and, moreover, it is possible to strongly support the roof panel and the tailgate panel.
STORAGE ASSEMBLY FOR A VEHICLE, VEHICLE, AND METHOD FOR CLOSING A LID OF A STORAGE ASSEMBLY
A storage assembly for a vehicle. The storage assembly includes a storage receptacle, a lid being configured for moving between a closing position in which it closes the storage receptacle and an open position, a sealing arrangement being positioned at the storage receptacle or at the lid such that in the closing position of the lid, the sealing arrangement seals the storage receptacle with respect to the lid, and a closing facilitation mechanism being configured for reducing a force for bringing the lid into the closing position from the open position. Moreover, a vehicle is presented which includes such a storage assembly. Additionally, a method for closing a lid of a storage assembly of a vehicle is presented.
Vehicle body rear part structure
A vehicle body rear part structure includes a pair of rear side frames on left and right sides that extend substantially along a vehicle front-rear direction; and a rear floor panel to whose front part region, where a rear seat is disposed, the pair of rear side frames are combined. A rear part region of the rear floor panel is configured by a double panel structure having an upper wall and a lower wall. The rear part region of the rear floor panel extends further to a vehicle rear side than the pair of rear side frames. Each rear end part of the pair of rear side frames includes an inclined support part that inclines toward a vehicle front side toward an inner side in a vehicle width direction. The double panel structure is combined to the inclined support part of each of the rear side frames.
