20240308439 · 2024-09-19 · ·

A lining for a haul truck body, the lining including a plurality of main lining elements arranged to extend over main surfaces of the haul truck body, and a plurality of transition lining elements arranged to extend over edge and/or corner portions of the haul truck body. Each transition lining element forms a lining transition between at least two non-parallel main lining elements of the plurality of main lining elements. The plurality of transition lining elements includes at least one non-linear transition lining element which has a first and a second leg portion extending in non-parallel first and second leg directions, respectively. A transition lining element for a haul truck body and a method for assembling a lining are also disclosed.

A skid plate for a vehicle includes a first layer, including a first material and a second layer, including a second material, which may be different from the first material. The second layer may be attached or bonded to the first layer and may convert a concentrated load into a distributed load. The second layer may provide thermal insulation for at least one underbody component of the vehicle. For example, the first layer may be metallic, while the second layer may be a rigid foam. The rigid foam may include an expanding adhesive foam. An adhesive may be disposed between the first layer and the second layer, to attach or bond the first layer to the second layer. The second layer may be adjacent to at least one underbody component of the vehicle. The concentrated load may correspond with a contact to the first layer of the skid plate.

ELECTRIC VEHICLE STRUCTURE

An electric vehicle structure includes a chassis frame in which a closed curve surrounding a battery accommodating space is formed, a water-tight panel formed so that another closed curve surrounding an internal side of the closed curve that surrounds the battery accommodating space of the chassis frame is formed, an upper cover coupled to an upper portion of the water-tight panel to cover an upper portion of the battery accommodating space, and an under cover coupled to a lower portion of the water-tight panel to cover a lower portion of the battery accommodating space.

OFF-ROAD VEHICLE

An off-road vehicle includes a vehicle body 2 having an underguard 1. The underguard 1 has openings 3 that introduce traveling air into the vehicle body 2 and ribs 4 that reinforce the underguard 1 and guide the traveling air passing through the openings 3.

Infection control vehicle

An infection control vehicle includes a floor material. The floor material includes a plurality of holes that is open on an upper end. The holes are configured to capture a droplet. For example, a dimension of each of the holes is set so that the droplet inside the hole remains inside the hole.

A panel has a first edge portion defining a first end of the panel, and a second edge portion defining a second end of the panel. The length of the panel is predetermined for the panel to reach across a vehicle chassis frame in an installed position in which the first edge portion rests on a side beam and the second edge portion rests on an opposite side beam. The panel further has a longitudinal rib. A first end of the rib is located adjacent to, and inboard of, the first edge portion. A second end of the rib is located adjacent to, and inboard of, the second edge portion.

VEHICLE BOTTOM STRUCTURE

A vehicle bottom structure includes heat shield plate, which is arranged between a vehicle component and an exhaust pipe, and two undercovers, which are arranged on the opposite sides of the exhaust pipe in the vehicle width direction. The heat shield plate has a covering portion, two heat-shield-plate fastened portions, and two heat-shield-plate coupling portions. The covering portion covers the exhaust pipe. The heat-shield-plate fastened portions are each fastened to the corresponding one of the undercovers. The heat-shield-plate coupling portions each couple a corresponding lower end of the covering portion to the corresponding one of the heat-shield-plate fastened portions. Each heat-shield-plate coupling portion includes a section that has a shape that becomes higher toward the corresponding undercover in the vehicle width direction. The heat-shield-plate fastened portions are each located above the corresponding lower end of the covering portion.

UNDERRIDE GUARD FOR A MOTOR VEHICLE, MOTOR VEHICLE AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING AN UNDERRIDE GUARD

An underride guard for a motor vehicle for arrangement below a high-voltage battery of the motor vehicle. The underride guard is plate-shaped, has a first surface, at least one plastic layer and at least one electrical component arrangement which includes at least one associated electrical line. In particular, the at least one electrical line is arranged on a support and is embedded together with the support in the plastic layer or is arranged on the plastic layer.

Floating skid plate for vehicle

Movable skid plates for a vehicle are described that are configured to move in response to movement of a first or second link to which the skid plate is coupled. Preferred vehicles comprise a multi-link suspension system having a plurality of links, at least some of which can move independently of one another. The skid plate is preferably disposed below the two bottom links of the suspension system. The skid plate can be fixedly attached to one of the two bottom links. The skid plate can be coupled to the other of the two bottom links such that the skid plate can move with respect to that link.

SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR PROTECTION OF FLOORINGS IN SHIPPING CONTAINERS

An exemplary approach for protecting floorings in containers may utilize a first ledger attached to an upper portion of a first support beam associated with a foundational base assembly. A portion of the first ledger may protrude outward in a first horizontal direction from the upper portion of the first support beam. A second ledger may be attached to an upper portion of a second support beam next to the first support beam. A portion of the second ledger may protrude outward in a second horizontal direction from the upper portion of the second support beam. The second horizontal direction may face the first horizontal direction. A support panel may be placed on top of the portion of the first ledger and the portion of the second ledger. The support panel may have a length proximate to a distance between the first support beam and the second support beam.
