Vehicle body forming structure and vehicle body using the same
A vehicle body forming structure is provided. The vehicle body forming structure includes a plurality of linear members each including a bent portion in at least a portion thereof, wherein the plurality of linear members overlap each other in at least a partial section to form overlapping extending portions extending in a same direction, and a fastening member configured to fasten the overlapping extending portions to form a vehicle body frame.
VEHICLE BODY FRAMEWORK CONNECTOR AND VEHICLE WITH SAME
A body frame joint and a vehicle having the same are provided. The body frame joint includes: a first sub-joint; and a second sub-joint. The first sub-joint and the second sub-joint are adapted to be mounted to a body frame. A transverse beam connection groove and a longitudinal beam connection groove are defined by engaging the first sub-joint and the second sub-joint. The transverse beam connection groove is adapted to accommodate a transverse beam of the body frame, and the longitudinal beam connection groove is adapted to accommodate a longitudinal beam of the body frame.
BODY FRAME JOINT AND VEHICLE HAVING SAME
A body frame joint and a vehicle having the same are disclosed. The body frame joint includes a transverse beam connecting plate, provided with a first transverse beam mounting member and a second transverse beam mounting member and mounted to a transverse beam of a body frame by the first transverse beam mounting member and the second transverse beam mounting member; and a longitudinal beam connecting plate, provided with a first longitudinal beam mounting member and a second longitudinal beam mounting member and mounted to a longitudinal beam of the body frame by the first longitudinal beam mounting member and the second longitudinal beam mounting member.
BODY FRAME JOINT AND VEHICLE HAVING SAME
A body frame and a vehicle having the same are provided. The body frame includes: a transverse beam, provided with a transverse sliding groove; a longitudinal beam, connected with the transverse beam and provided with a longitudinal sliding groove; and a joint, disposed at a junction of the transverse beam and the longitudinal beam and mounted to the transverse beam by a transverse rivet and to the longitudinal beam by a longitudinal rivet. The transverse rivet is slidably mated with the transverse sliding groove, and the longitudinal rivet is slidably mated with the longitudinal sliding groove.
Body of electric vehicle
A body of an electric vehicle may include: a floor panel; a rocker; a first floor crossmember protruding from a first surface of the floor panel and joined to the rocker; a body component protruding from the first surface and extending rearward from the first floor crossmember so as to shift upward toward a rear end of the electric vehicle; a battery case located below the floor panel; a battery case reinforcement extending along a side edge of the battery case, located below the rocker, and extending from a position frontward of the first crossmember to a position rearward of the first crossmember; a first fastening member fastening the battery case reinforcement to the rocker in a range frontward of the first floor crossmember; and a second fastening member fastening the battery case reinforcement to the rocker in a range rearward of the first floor crossmember.
SIDE-BY-SIDE VEHICLE
The present invention relates to all terrain vehicles having at least a pair of laterally spaced apart seating surfaces.
VEHICLE ROOF STRUCTURE
A vehicle roof structure is provided capable of maintaining side collision performance of a vehicle even without a roof reinforcing member. The vehicle roof structure includes an annular frame that is joined to a circumferential edge of a roof panel (which includes an outer panel and an inner panel), and supports the roof panel. The annular frame has a higher rigidity than the roof panel, is arranged in an opening of a roof, and is joined to a pair of roof side rails, a front header, and a rear header.
JOINT FOR MOUNTING AN ELONGATE ELEMENT TO A STRUCTURAL ELEMENT IN A VEHICLE
A joint for mounting an elongate element to a structural element in a vehicle, comprising a first and a second clamping portion, tightening elements configured to tighten the first and second clamping portions towards each other so that when the elongate element is arranged between the first and second clamping portions, the elongate element becomes clamped, a first and a second support portion, wherein the first and second support portions are spaced from each other and extend from the first clamping portion to the second clamping portion, wherein when the elongate element is arranged between the first and second clamping portions and the tightening elements tighten the first and second clamping portions, then at least one of the first and second clamping portions is configured to press at least one of the support portions towards the other one so that the elongate element becomes laterally contacted.
Modular tail assembly for a motor vehicle
A modular tail assembly for a motor vehicle can include a tail-side frame element and a tailgate. The frame element is configured to form a part of a tail-side vehicle frame and be detachably fastened to another part of the vehicle frame. A motor vehicle can include the modular tail assembly. The motor vehicle has a vehicle body which is formed so that a cargo tray is arranged in the region of a tail-side vehicle trunk. The modular tail assembly can facilitate easier and quicker tail-side loading of a motor vehicle and can increase the storage space available for loading within a motor vehicle.
Article-fixing device
An article-fixing device includes an adjustment mechanism and a protruding portion. The adjustment mechanism is interposed between a first plate and a second plate and is joined to a lower surface side of the first plate. The protruding portion is provided integrally with the adjustment mechanism. The protruding portion fixes an article to an upper surface of the first plate.
