A system for use in a package delivery vehicle includes an edge railing, and a panel with a hinged edge and a free edge that is located opposite from the hinged edge. A panel hinge member is located at the hinged edge of the panel. A hinge body is mounted to the edge railing and pivotally coupled to the panel hinge member to allow the panel hinge member and the panel to pivot with respect to the hinge body. The panel and the panel hinge member are formed as a unitary monolithic body.

A wall system for a cargo container is provided. The wall system includes a plurality of panels that are configured to be fixed to logistics posts in a cargo compartment. Each panel includes a central portion and right and left end portions that are disposed on respective outboard sides of the central portion, the central portion includes a planar wall surface, the right and left end portions each include a planar wall surface. The central portion comprises two or more recessed portions that extend inwardly from the planar wall surface to define an elongate void that is configured to receive an elongate track therein, such that an outer surface of the elongate track, when disposed within the recessed portion, is co-planar with the planar wall surface of the central portion or disposed within the recessed portion and recessed behind the planar wall surface of the central portion.

A container apparatus includes a sandwich structure. In another aspect, a sandwich structure of a container apparatus employs at least one core sheet including alternating peaks and valleys therein in addition to at least one adhesively bonded outer face sheet. Moreover, another aspect of a container apparatus includes a wheeled box trailer, an intermodal shipping container, a railroad car, or other box-like holding and transporting device. An inner container liner, such as a floor, or structural container frame rail is attached to a structural sandwich in another aspect. A joint or connection between adjacent sandwich structures and/or a sandwich structure and an elongated beam, for a container apparatus is also provided.

A bracket molding formed on a bottom rail assembly of a trailer coupled to a sandwich panel sidewall, the bracket molding including: a sloped top surface configured to create a space below a bottom surface of the sandwich panel sidewall to allow contaminants to drain from beneath the sandwich panel sidewall; and a dam formed on the sloped top surface, the dam configured to seal out the contaminants from accumulating in the space below the bottom surface of the sandwich panel sidewall.

A trailer for transporting bulk material has a container mounted on a chassis and wheeled suspension. The container has opposing sidewalls, a floor, a front wall, and a rear opening. The trailer further has an unloading system comprising a plow and a plow motor system. The plow is disposed in the container and shaped and sized to span substantially a transverse cross-section of the container. The plow motor system is operable to move the plow longitudinally in the container to urge or push the bulk material in the container toward and out of the rear opening of the container. At least one of the sidewalls comprises a removable panel installed longitudinally along a bottom of the sidewall, wherein an inward-facing surface of the removable panel and an inward-facing surface of the sidewall are substantially co-planar.

The lightweight camper or trailer is a light weight shelter is adapted for use as an outdoor shelter. The lightweight camper or trailer is adapted to be portable. The lightweight camper or trailer comprises a plurality of surfaces. The each of the plurality of surfaces combine to create a protected space. Each of the plurality of surfaces is held in position through the use of a lightweight frame. The lightweight camper or trailer is made of materials light enough that the lightweight camper or trailer can be moved manually. In another potential embodiment, the lightweight camper or trailer is mounted on a commercially available trailer for transport. In an alternate potential embodiment, the plurality of surfaces is built such that the protected space will float on a body of water. The lightweight camper or trailer comprises a plurality of surfaces and a frame.

A structure of a vehicle luggage compartment of the present invention can be produced at a low cost; secure a luggage placing base; and prevent breakage of a partition member, and includes a luggage base on which a luggage is placed; and a partition having a belt shape configured to separate the luggage base from other luggage placing bases, wherein both ends of the partition are detachably engaged with a pair of hooks attached to a vehicle body; and at least one of the pair of hooks is deformed to disengage from the partition if a load equal to or bigger than a predetermined magnitude is applied to the partition.

Presented is an improved cargo trailer and refrigerated trailer construction that in addition to providing an aerodynamic trailer also provides for a system that may be quickly assembled. The quick-install trailer includes six rigid frames including a roof frame, a floor frame, a front and rear frame, and two side frames. The frames interconnect with each other and provide support for the sidewalls that may be insulated. Rivets or self-tapping screws may be used to secure the various components together.
